We arrived to the door and were able to use the codes to enter the door and the condo unit. Needed one more step to get out to unlock the door. The location in the historical centre was perfect. The condo was clean, and aired out with fresh linens. Luckily this unit faces an inside courtyard so that there was little street noise. January to March has cool mornings to warm afternoons and evenings with cool nights. An extra blanket was provided for use as well as a heater fan. This unit is set up for short term stays not long term as we were doing. Bottled large water containers were provided. For long term stay there could have been more cooking pots and more cooking utensils. The communication was direct and the responses immediate. for example, the water cistern for toilet and showers was empty on a Sunday night and it was refilled within 1-2 hours. The hot water for showers was a bit smelly. The weekly cleaning service was excellent. If something was broken or needed repair it was attended to as soon as possible. When a light fixture fell from the ceiling, it was repaired the next morning. Good garbage access. We tried to recycle plastics and metals in the recycling bins provided in the parks and streeets. We really enjoy our stay where we explored the city and its suburbs and local attractions. We made friends with the local friendly neighbours who were happy to share local need to know details. Where to eat, where to buy and what was what. They welcomed us.
