Pour : Tout, accueil, propreté robe de chambre et pantoufles inclus , service impeccable déjeuner délicieux dans un décor exceptionnel
Contre : Difficile d'améliorer un service impeccable. Le défi est peut-être de conserver ce haut standard de qualité
Emplacement : Près de tout : 10 pas du parc principal 3 min du teatro Juarez, 2 min du funiculaire menant au monument célèbre El Pipila. Facile de marcher partout
Guanajuato est une ville coloniale magnifique du Mexique. Les gens sont charmants la ville est très sécuritaire nombreux musées à visiter . La ville se marche facilement à pied les transports ex: taxi sont à prix fixe.
Les restaurants sont nombreux et excellent et à très bon prix.
L'hôtel Edelmira est un hôtel Tesoros c.à.d. plus qu'un 5 étoiles puisqu'il est dans un édifice
inscrit au patrimoine mondial datant des années 1800. Il appartenait à la classe supérieure du Mexique avant la révolution. Magnifiquement rénové tout en ayant gardé son caractère d'origine.

Loved the atmosphere…hated the air conditioner in the room which when operating had a constant drip onto wooden floors, soaking both floors and area rug…told front desk, no repair made during my stay…not so boutique as advertised.

I enjoyed my couple of days stay here, service is great and area is convenient. Will be staying here again when I have chance to go back.

The hotel was nice and in a nice area, however its nothing special and ultimately overpriced for what it offers. Theres other nearby hotel, which price tag best fits the experience.

muy ordenado y limpio, el personal siempre fue muy amable, la única desventaja es el estacionamiento ya que es un hotel que esta relativamente en el centro de la ciudad que esta excelente, pero el estacionamiento esta a 10 min en coche, estaría perfecto un servicio de valet parking porque para llegar tienes que buscar estacionamiento para después dirigirte con tus maletas al hotel. El yacuzzi y alberca muy bonito solo agregaría que ojalá estuviera mas caliente el agua.

La ubicación es perfecta justo en el centro histórico de Guanajuato y el hotel es muy bonito.

Reception gave us four different rates for the same room. The man that helped us at the counter was rude and dishonest. He started with a really high rate and went down from there and even his lowest price didn’t beat Expedia’s pricing. I had to book through Expedia while I was there waiting with my whole family. After I booked through Expedia he was very rude and obviously upset about the outcome. As a VIP member, we get a free welcome beverage he didn’t give us our beverage and it wasn’t offered. Very disappointed that this incident ruined my perspective about the property and our stay. There are many other places that are very nice to stay at nearby. However we chose this property because the kids were tired. Otherwise, I would’ve kept looking because I do not like giving my business to these kind companies. Beware on the prices given in person as they are not accurate and they will try to get the most they could get.
