Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very quaint and classic. Right in the middle of everything bus stops right in the front. Amazing views. Don’t expect quiet, but the sounds of the community around us was something. Loved it.

The hotel is conveniently located in the historic center, the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was facing the side entrance walkway, we were hoping for a balcony view of the historic center. The room had very thin walls, we unfortunately didn’t get a restful night sleep both nights as it was very noisy from people partying in the streets and the second night a woman yelling and arguing with a man. We even thought it came from inside the hotel, the staff was also loud late at night. In would recommend staying a few blocks away from the city center if you want the convenience of being near the historic center but without the loud noise until 2-3am.

What a wonderful stay! I felt safe at all times with my family. The front desk staff were so polite and helpful. Although, this is an older hotel it’s well kept and super clean. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe stay.

Super recomendado hotel la paz, muy céntrico de todos los principales lugares jardín de la unión, teatro juarez, callejón del beso, mercado, el pipila, las iglesias principales y en cuanto al hotel muy limpio el lugar, los cuartos, muy tranquilo en cuánto al ruido puedes dormir muy agusto, las camas cómodas y la atención del personal excelente en especial la señorita Sarai que nos brindó excelente servicio muy amable. Gracias hotel la paz por su hospitalidad amenazamos con regresar primero Dios 🙏 🙌 💕
