The staff goes beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I asked to change my room and I got no issue. I left my iPad in the room after check out and the shipped it to me. Looking forward to staying again. I will say the WiFi was the only thing

我想俾一個寶貴意見就係房間裏面的中央空調非常之寒冷，這一點是非常嚴重的還有所有燈掣的控制板好難分別因為顏色不明確我要用手機電筒照明才能看到所有控制的制關和開再重複一點房間的中央空調非常非常非常寒冷，一定要改進這一點，否則在不考慮入住

交通酒店有提供接駁巴士往官洲地鐵站，但仍然與市區景點有一段距離。如召喚車往市中心的景點，往往都需要30分鐘車程。 如商務客人就沒有太大問題，如家庭旅行，連續住幾天就會帶來不便。

酒店評論

本次住宿房間為：尊榮房間，2張加大雙人床，3人入住 客房：環境乾淨、玄關櫃有準備高腳杯，以及可樂雪碧，但是冰箱一點都不冷，像擺設一樣。床墊枕頭偏硬，但酒店是有認真清洗的，我對塵蟎嚴重過敏，但此次住宿沒有任何身體不適。床型只有一般雙人床的寬度並無加大，有獨立浴室、獨立化妝間、獨立馬桶間。露臺有張椅子和小桌，晚上時適合坐在那看風景。 其他：河景部份，晚上看會比較漂亮，早上時河是黃的。無邊際游泳池有兒童區域，適合帶小孩來玩水，健身房器材齊全。酒店有提供收費乾洗衣服務，以及粵菜、西餐、和甜點。非常推薦去三樓右側的吧台品嚐蛋糕，甜而不膩很好吃價格合理。四樓粵菜上菜速度很慢，建議提前半小時點菜，即使餐廳裡只有我們這一桌菜也是慢慢上，要自己催菜。
