Apartment was in a perfect location

Pros: Local restaurants where lovely and the beach was on the doorstep Cons: Could of had a better clean in shower inside of shower was not so clean

Great location very clean everything as it should be.

Pros: We have been coming to Guardamar for over twenty years and have stayed in a few apartments in the vicinity over the years. This is one of the best ones we have enjoyed. The one thing I could advise on is to get a Wi-Fi booster so the signal is good in the back bedroom, as currently it’s not very good and could be easily rectified. We hope to stay again in the future as long as the price stays reasonable. Paco was very welcoming on check in and gave us all the information we needed and checked in via WhatsApp to make sure we was enjoying our stay. The car parking space underground is an excellent feature as parking is a nightmare in Guardamar durimg the summer holidays. Parking with any rental is imperative if you have a car. Cons: Everything was fine.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad en ontzettend genoten!

Pros: Overal heel dichtbij, we hebben zelfs kunnen tennissen bij de sporthal in de buurt. Ook de restaurants waren vlak bij. Komen zeker nog eens terug. Cons: De douche was wat klein.
