Her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness stood out and made a lasting impression. She is an absolute asset to the hotel. Breakfast was very good—while it would be nice to consistently have items like pancakes and hash browns available, the overall food experience was excellent. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The one caveat about the hotel is the hot water. I had 4 rooms and no one had hot water. I had hot water for a min or two and then the show immediately cut off. The hotel is in a great location though.
