The hotel didn’t have luggage racks for the room what usually is a pretty basic thing, when I requested one I was told they didn’t have any. The hotel didn’t have a gym / fitness center. I was informed it was being built or renewed. The views from the restaurant, bar, lobby and room were great though and staff was polite.

My experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Guayaquil was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was even welcomed with one of their signature warm chocolate chip cookies a small detail that sets the tone for a great stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly furnished, with a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and excellent air conditioning perfect for the Guayaquil climate. I also appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made working remotely a breeze
