Self-Catering, First floor accommodation in the Heart of Rural Brittany

This cosy renovated self-catering apartment is situated in rural Brittany. All accommodation on offer is situated on the first floor with the owners living on the ground floor, both units being separated by a thermal and acoustic insulated suspended floor and is indicated on the photo's as the stone building. The cream rendered building attached is owned by and used for storage by the owners and is therefore not habitable. The property is in a quiet and peaceful location but not isolated and is within easy reach to local amenities (transport required). Ample parking is available off-road to the side of the cottage for cars with private access to the first floor, ample parking to the rear for motorcycles . The accommodation is a great 'central' base from which to explore Brittany. The first floor accommodation was created during 2014/16 to a high standard with other extensive renovations to the whole cottage and grounds. Whilst the accommodation is suitable for children we suggest it is not suited to infants under the age of 5 years approx. due to the open tread staircase and non-availability of stairgate, cot and highchair.
Although the owners are on site, they will be available only as much or as little as you need!
Access to the whole of the exterior, just under an acre is available, as is use of the Hot Tub (dressing gowns and 'crocs' provided), by request.
