Welcome to Beachview Condominiums! Immerse yourself in the beautiful Gulf Shores, AL, scenery; this condominium is nestled in the heart of Gulf Shores, just across from the beach, The Hangout, and nearby many other attractions and restaurants. This is the perfect location for beach fun and fresh Gulf seafood.

This beautifully-decorated condo is a 3-bedroom/ 2-bathroom unit waiting to host you and your party! Chill out and watch some TV or just relax in the living room that runs into the dining room and kitchen to form a spacious, open floor plan. All of your loved ones will enjoy how connected the whole party will be. The kitchen is fully stocked to fulfill your cooking needs.

The lovely Master bedroom holds a queen-size bed and connects to the Master bathroom holding a walk-in shower. The next bedroom holds one double-size bed and a Smart TV for our guests' entertainment. The last bedroom is furnished with two double-sized beds for your little ones! Another full sized bathroom is available containing a tub/shower combo to soak away the sun and sand of the day!

Sunny Daze offers many amenities for you that we are sure you will appreciate:
- WiFi Access
- Covered Parking (1 pass per unit)
- Communal Laundry Machines- down the hall and priced at $1.75 a load.
- Walking Distance from the Beach
- Smart TVs

Don't forget to bring:
While Lucky Bird provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Beachview 200 is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property. Monthly rental rates are available November 1st - March 1st.

We enjoyed our time there! Property was exactly as advertised, & a half-block from the beach! It wasn't upscale, but was very clean, very spacious, and air-conditioned! I would absolutely book this property again. Check in/out was seamless, & parking was convenient.

Location, Location,Location

Very clean and the location was perfect. We did not move our car once on the property. We were in the center of everything and walked to the beach, Hangout, Pink Pony etc.... perfect vacayion spot. Highley recommend this location!

Close to beach - GREAT LOCATION!!!!

It was everyone in our group's first visit to Gulf Shores. It was also our first VRBO. We loved every bit of it. From booking, to checking in and out, and everything they said, and pictures, were exactly as provided. Would definitely stay with them again.

Great location, cute condo!

This was a great place to stay for a small family vacation! Super close to EVERYTHING. We enjoyed our stay. Only issues we encountered were Wi-Fi access for the bedroom TV’s and the beds were not the most comfy. For the price and location it’s was definitely worth every penny!

Location is Key!

We really loved the ease of the area, we could walk to DG (Dollar General) for food, be at the beach in no time. My wife and I went down Sunday, then our teens came down Tuesday. We all had a blast.
