Enjoy a relaxing coastal retreat at this beachfront condo located along the Gulf Shores coastline. Tropical Winds 102 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo conveniently located on the first floor above parking that comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. Located in a beachfront complex, this unit offers direct access to the sand, stunning Gulf views, and thoughtful amenities that make it easy to feel at home while enjoying the beach.

The living area opens to a private patio looking out onto the shoreline, where you can start your day with the sound of the waves and a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the Gulf. Inside, the space invites you to unwind after a day of beach adventures or exploring local seafood spots and coastal shops. The cozy seating area features a flat-screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and a twin ottoman bed, providing flexible sleeping options. Share meals around a dining table that seats five, and enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. With a washer and dryer in the unit, it’s easy to refresh your beachwear after afternoons on the sand or bike rides through nearby trails.

My kids and I had a great time! The beach was easily accessible, and the pool area was accommodating. The best part was the views! The location is great, away from the heavy traffic, but close enough to get to everything quickly. The unit was clean and well-maintained. The only complaints that we had were the comfort of the beds, including the pull-out couch. Also, from the south bedroom, you can hear all of the noise from below.

Nice and comfy

Everything was amazing. It was easy to find and enter. Wasnt alot of wild crazy people running around. Very relaxed with relly good beach access. The only thing i had any issue with was wanting to sleep in. The curtains in the main bedroom were shear curtains and let in a ton of sunlight. Nothing a couple chip clips and a dark blanket couldnt handle. The host was great and diligent about getting back to us about our questions.

never disappoints! Room 102 was not rented week before and yet we had to wait to 6 pm to gain access, 3pm was our check in time. The dishwasher did not work, this was known by owner before our stay
actually replaced while we were there.Overall condo is nice but should of been ready when time stated

Great location!

We loved the location and access to the beach! Perfect for what we wanted and close to things to do. We will definitely come back! Perfect for families. Not to crowded on the beach for this condo. Little hiccup at beginning, but the owner was easy to contact and it was taken care of quick. See you next time!

Great location, great place

We had a lovely stay. There was a small AC issue about which the owner was very responsive. You can't beat the location. The pool and other common areas were well maintained. The internet wasn't as fast as we are used to; not a complaint just a piece of info that might be important to some folks.

Upon arrival, the condo was hot muggy and musty, which we assumed was due to air being off, we turned it on and went about our vacation, the site is perfect and well stocked with everything we needed. By Monday the air still had not caught up and it was pretty warm and still very muggy and musty inside, my daughter came to me stating the clothes the grandkids had left on floor were all wet and stained. After investigating it was found the A/C was leaking extensively ( which explains the smell). I emailed owner and she called and responded immediately! It took a couple more days to get the air up and going and several visits from serve pro and adjusters, always communicated so I would be there. Would definitely recommend this place! It’s a perfect location, comfortable accommodations and an active responsible owner!

Beautiful view

Absolute amazing view, access to pool and beach is very quick and easy. Communication with host was excellent making check in very simple. Only 1 major issue which would not detour me from staying here again was that one of the fold out twin beds was broken and literally being held together by the wall. The floors had not been swept and the dishes were put away dirty, coffee pot still had a bit of coffee in it but the supplies needed to fix that were provided so no biggie we just cleaned it. I gave 5 stars because I myself would stay here again as well as recommend to others because the host was great, location is great and I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay.

We had a nice week in Gulf Shores. Only complaint we had was the shower drains would drain extremely slow so you were standing in a bath by the time your shower was done. Other than that we had a great week!

Nice clean condo on Gulf Shores

Condo was very clean. There was a nice variety of cookware to use in the kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious. There were a few things that need improvement. First, add another love seat or comfortable seating in the living area. There was some type of fold out furniture there that we couldn’t figure out and it was hard to sit on not folded out. Second, make sure the bedding for the fold out couch is clean. Had to shake off crumbs before using. Third, supply toilet paper, dish washing liquid, and more than 1 dishwasher tablet since having the dishes clean prior to leaving is something asked of guest. Other, than those few things, it was very clean and we had a great stay.

Snow Bird “Nest”

We had a lovely winter in this very comfortable condo. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc. Master bed was very comfy, and the sound of the Gulf waves lulled us to sleep. Good TV arrangements, washer and dryer in the unit, balcony overlooks the pool and the beach
really a wonderful nest for these Snow Birds escaping the North. The owner is easy to communicate with and responsive. Definitely recommend!

Our family just left and we had a wonderful time! The beach view was amazing and the pool was right there on the beach and by our balcony! The condo was decorated cute and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. I would’ve like the cleaning service to have been more through but I took care of it when we got there. Would stay again!

We had a group of 4 with our 11 month old daughter and it all went really well. The property was well stocked with all the needing pots and pans for anyone that likes to stay in. Nice private area pool good for the kids.

Sand at your feet!!!

We had a wionderful time. Very nice condo. Plenty of room for our family of 7!!! Easy access to beach and pool so that we could go down multiple times a day without lugging all our stuff back and forth. Will definitely stay here again!!!
