Welcome to The Village 13-D, a charming 2-story unit in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. This cozy condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or friends seeking a comfortable retreat by the Gulf. With a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, this condo can accommodate up to 6 guests, offering ample space for everyone. The unit boasts an open concept design, with the kitchen seamlessly flowing into the living and dining space. From there, step out onto the balcony with partial Gulf views, complete with a table and chairs for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The kitchen has a Keurig/Standard combo coffee maker for your convenience. Both bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, while the second floor is dedicated to an extra hangout space. For your convenience, the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer.

When it's time for some poolside relaxation, you'll enjoy access to a gated pool for refreshing dips, complete with convenient charcoal grills in the pool area for those perfect barbecue days.

Binder made sure we had everything we need to check in. The place was super nice and clean. When we found stuff tore up we called them and they took care of it right away. We would rent from them again.

First family trip to Gulf shores

It was pleasant, our first time going so we had to take time to see where to go or what to do. Pool was a little smaller than expected otherwise not a bad walk to the beach and a close drive to near by restaurants and attractions
