3 Bedroom/3 Bath With Gorgeous Pool Steps Away From Beach. Pet Friendly!

Stunning 3 bedroom/3 bathroom duplex located directly across from the beach with beautiful inground heated pool. All carpet recently removed, travertine floors installed throughout upstairs and beautiful wood stairs. Downstairs has one bedroom with 2 queen beds, one bath, living, dining and kitchen. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 queen beds & bunk beds (twin over twin)& the master with king bed), 2 baths and laundry area. TVs are in all bedrooms as well as living room. This top of the line unit sleeps 14 (using sleeper sofa) & has a nice large outdoor living area with charcoal grill and heated pool (Nov-March). This property also has a fenced in back yard with privacy fence along with lovely landscaping.

Our family enjoyed our spring break stay here. The only issue we had was that the pool heater wasn't working and wouldn't be fixed, and we found out a day before our arrival. Fortunately, we had good weather during the week and the pool temperature was tolerable for the kids later in the week. The location is very good. Easy access to the beach across the street which is very convenient. Owners are nice and easy to communicate with. Another family was staying on the other side of the duplex but there were no issues with that and we found that one family would often be gone while another was out enjoying the pool area, and vice versa.

The property was very nice and super clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was nice and the beach was just across the road. The check in/out routines were really simple. The owners were really nice and helpful and communicated promptly. The only problem we had was that we could only stay a few days. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy to book. We received our entry code couple days before our trip began. The unit was just as described. It was nice to have the private pool with plenty of chairs and tables around the pool and a nice dinning area under the deck area out of the sun. The owner was a warm and kind gentleman who lives across the road. He was willing to help with anything that needed attention. Our whole group really liked meeting the owner. That has never happened with any of our VRBO over the years. It was a nice touch. Oh easy beach access directly across the street. Definitely worth it!!

Softball and surf

We can golf Shores for a softball tournament and chose to stay at this location because it was only a 20 minute drive to the Gulf Shores sports complex and that was if there was traffic.Kate was so helpful and answering all of my questions check in was so easy. The house was perfect. Had more than enough room for the eight of us. We loved having the private pool, the beach was literally across the street. It took two minutes to get to, and it’s very easy to access.We will be staying at one of her properties every time we come back.

This place had great size bedrooms and the pool was a nice addition. Beach access was right across the street and within a 6 minute walk to Waves convenience store and Island Ice Cream! Absolutely had so much fun staying here!

This property is awesome! Right across from the beach, which is super convenient and easy. The backyard pool was great and the kids had so much fun swimming. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, pet friendly - the back yard is fully fenced and was absolutely perfect for our pups. I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation, and we would definitely book this property again!

Extended Family Vacation

My sisters and our families stayed this last week and absolutely loved this property. It was spacious for all 11 of us and the hosts were wonderful! They checked in a few times to see how we were, once in person and a few by text. Access to the beach was right across the street and super easy for all the kids to get to. The back yard is very well kept and the whole family enjoyed the amenities! Thank you Mark and Kate for hosting us for our first extended family vacation. We hope to stay with you again soon!
