The primary bedroom has a comfortable Queen sized bed and a large En-suite shower/tub combo. Relax in the tub after a long day at the beach.

The bunk room has two full-sized beds at the bottom and two twin-sized beds on top, which kids love! Another queen-sized bedroom offers even more sleeping space.

The spacious living and dining room is perfect for everyone to enjoy. Grab a cup of coffee or a cocktail and head to the outdoor screened in porch .

This home is one of the best spots in the Rookery, just steps away from the zero-depth pool, and a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach with convenient parking.

Available all year. Almost 24 hours a day. Call me or message me if you need anything. I supply a startup pack of things to get you settled in. You will need to go shopping for your essentials, but we have supplied some things for a few days to keep you going.

As you enter the Rookery 3 Community, you are greeted with a little sailboat and colorful cottages throughout the community. You will be surrounded by Bon Secour National wildlife reserve. Palm trees around the complex. A pool is to the right just as you enter and pass the security stand. This cottage will be over the bridge, turn left and it will be located on the right. A community house and second pool is very close, the pool is behind this house which is the more family friendly pool. Bring floats and chairs if all the seating is gone at the pool but it's highly unlikely unless there is a family reunion going on. Parking is available at the second pool or it's just a short walk from the cottage.

At night you just may hear the frogs sing to you or maybe if you're lucky a baby alligator.

Renting golf carts is very common here. Island Cart Rentals or Coastal Cart Rentals are two that easy to work with. A lot of people get around by bike, bring your own or rent from Fort Morgan Beach Rentals. They also offer chairs, tents, kayaks etc.

It is about a 10 min walk to the beach down paths and across the street. There is a public parking or you can park along Cortez Street. Bring your skate-boards or scooters--streets by the beach are nice and smooth. Gulf State park is popular for a bike riding and rentals are available.

Please note that the community fee does not include parking charges. You will receive a separate charge of 50usd for parking passes. Please note that we only have two parking spaces available. If you require a third space and it is available, there will be a fee of 100usd. We recommend that you inquire beforehand to secure a spot, as space is limited, especially during peak season.

Please note that no boats, trailers, Rvs, or golf carts belonging to guests are allowed on the premises of Rookery Iii as we are governed by a Coa and this is stated in the rules and regulations. If you require a tent or chairs to be left at the beach for the duration of your stay, please call Ft. Morgan Beach Rental and ask for Walt.

Golf carts are available through Island Cart Rental (ask for Tim) or through Coastal Cart Rental. It's not necessary to have a parking spot or pass for the golf cart.

Fort Morgan historical site is just a couple of miles from the Rookery located at the end of the peninsula, the beach there is also the best place for collecting shells.
