Fantastic property. Clean and steps from a beach that was NOT crowded. It’s an easy drive into town if you feel like leaving the peace and quiet of a the secluded beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

This house was great. Very clean and well taken care of. The walk to the beach is so short. The house was a great size for our two families. The bunk room was a great room to have. House was well stocked with beach supplies (umbrella, chairs, boards, toys, etc) Will definitely keep this on our list of houses to stay in!

Loved the proximity to the beach even if there wasn't a great view of the ocean. It's visible, but you can't see the waves unless they're higher than a couple feet. The check in process requiring a stop at the office was a little inconvenient because all the information would have been now efficient in an email, but it was only a few min pitstop. House was spacious and the large bunk beds was nice, but the top bunks didn't seem safe for my littles because the mattresses were almost at the same level of the hand rails. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Week at the Beach

Our stay at Kalimba Kabana was great. The house was very well organized and equipped for everyone to have a relaxing stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and the house has a small assortment of beach toys in the downstairs storage room. All appliances were up to date and everything worked without exception. Reed's checkin/checkout process was simple and straight forward. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. The beach was steps away and the views were great! We enjoyed our tea on the back porch with an amazing view! The master bedroom was spacious. The management company was responsive in trying to turn on the heat. We eventually were able to figure it out to make the house temperature more comfortable. Overall great stay!

We loved the property. This was our first stay in Fort Morgan, and it was awesome. Laid back, very quiet, very peaceful, extremely relaxing. Kalimba Kabanna did not disappoint. It was just as described. Meticulously cleaned, very well maintained, nicely furnished, and a very short walk to the beach. We will definitely be booking a spring trip back to this property and we highly recommend Reed Real estate. Great folks to deal with.
