Property Managers were fantastic as well as the rest of the staff. Highly responsive to the very minor issues we had and could not be more hospitable. Property - gorgeous home, fantastic size for our family of 13, relatively private beach and easy access. Pool was great and the kids never had so much fun. Honestly - the perfect getaway. Would rent here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Shrimply Irresistible. The view was perfect and beach access was everything we hoped for. The private pool was a great bonus. Property Management was spot on! The only thing we wished for was a bathroom on the first floor so we didn’t have to go up to either the 2nd or 3rd floor, LOL. We highly recommend this location for any family.

This place was amazing and we had the best time. The house was so beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also absolutely loved the pool, and the beach walkway mat was very nice. The property managers were also very accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed. By far the best beach house we’ve stayed at!

We absolutely loved our stay. The views were incredible and the pool was so nice. Pool furniture was high quality and comfortable. The walkway to the beach made it easy to get to, even though we enjoyed the pool so much, we spent most of our time there. Overall, house is larger than it looks in pictures. Loved that there’s a half bathroom off of the living room. The elevator was so helpful when bringing in groceries and luggage. Ft Morgan is a great place if you want to get away from the tourtist-y areas but still be a short drive (25 min) to Gulf Shores. Greg was a fantastic host. Quick communication and even quick to save the day when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. We’d love to visit again!

2025 Spring break at Shrimply!

The house itself is fabulous! The bed mattresses were even comfortable! The location was great except for our pugs we did not have a grassy area and the next door house people that did were not friendly. The floors were not that clean but the only reason we know that is because we have a crawler! Overall we can’t complain as the house is fairly new and it offered everything we needed plus more!! We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at Shrimply Irresistible! The home was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect - just steps from the water. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning while watching dolphins swim nearby. Having the private walkway out to the beach and the swimming pool was such a bonus. The elevator was a wonderful addition and made bringing in groceries and luggage so much easier.Gail and Greg went above and beyond to make our stay special. They left a sweet card, cupcakes, and snacks for us in celebration of our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Communication via text was easy and responsive, and check-in/check-out were seamless. It’s clear this home is well cared for. We’re already looking at dates for next year to book another stay.

Wow-Great Spot!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great week here & only left a couple times. Just wanted to enjoy relaxing on the deck with the amazing views, floating in the pool all afternoon & evenings at the beach (just a quick walk over the dune) to watch the sunset. The elevator was a lifesaver with all our stuff!!Would suggest a grab rail in shower for older/disabled & maybe a railing to get into the pool but one of the pool benches helped out just fine!Otherwise rental people very helpful & great communication start to finish! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect beach trip staying here!😎

We had a blast at Shrimply Irresistible! The reverse lay-out of the house gave us lovely views from the kitchen and den, and the walkway made beach access easy. The pool was warm and inviting. We swam daily. Our property managers were wonderful and quickly responsive when we had a question, even a dumb one. (I couldn't find the remote to a fan. LOL) When arrived via ferry more quickly than we had thought possible, the folks at Coastal View even allowed us to check in two hours early, which was a huge blessing. (This was only an option because the property had been vacant the night before, but they certainly could have denied our request contractually. We were impressed with the kindness extended to us right off the bat!) The elevator was great, but we noted that you have to close both doors when you exit it or it can't respond when you call it from another floor. We recommend a little laminated sign on the elevator door for those who fail to read the fine print on their instructions. :-)We couldn't fine a liquid measuring cup, so my sister bought one and donated it when we left, but other than that the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved both choices for coffee- traditional big pot and singles Keurig. The property was clean except for one bedspread which was soiled, so my sister washed it. The AC requirement to stay at 72 concerned us at first, but with fans going, we managed fine. We would happily stay here again and hope to do so this winter. 5 stars

Simply Dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While this property looks great online, and we enjoyed our time overall, it was disappointing for the price paid to rent. The good: The proximity of the property to the beach was wonderful. The beach was not crowded and it was clean. The elevator was a godsend. The pool was perfect! The washer and dryer were top notch. The house was spacious. The bad: Upon arrival, we found the floors to be very sandy and generally dirty. The bottoms of our feet were blackened in no time. The floors were not swept, much less mopped. The upholstery on the furniture in the living area needed cleaning as the arms and ottomans were visibly stained. One of the shower curtains was moldy. We called the management company and they came and replaced it right away. The absolute worst thing was the bed linens in the two rooms with bunkbeds. It appeared that the beds were simply remade and the sheets not laundered. Most disgusting was one of the fitted sheets and mattress covers on one of the bunks was stained with urine/blood. Needless to say we had to wash all the linens and remake the beds. One bunkbed proved to be unsafe. My young grandson was sitting on the top bunk when the slats holding the mattress failed, one breaking in two and the other slipping out of the frame. He fell through the top bunk when the mattress folded under him due to the failure of the slats. We did not use that top bunk for the rest of our stay. The ceiling fans in the bunkbed rooms were very noisy and we couldn't sleep with them running. The refrigerator appeared clean but had a bad smell. The single serve coffee maker had mold in it. The ground floor was in disarray with pool toys, beach equipment, etc. strewn around. We cleaned the area up for the next guests. The driveway was a nuisance as it was very long and narrow with no room to turn around. Overall, I would recommend this property so long as it was thoroughly and properly cleaned and the bunkbeds and ceiling fans repaired.
