Recently updated to enhance your stay, JOHN 316 boasts a new kitchen, fresh flooring, and tasteful indoor/outdoor painting. The spacious covered front porch offers a stunning view of the Gulf, setting the scene for unforgettable moments.

In the Primary suite, a comfortable King bed awaits, while both guest rooms are furnished with cozy Queen beds. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and convenient bathroom access. For additional sleeping arrangements, there's a day bed off the Primary bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room, making the home ideal for up to 9 guests.

Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and all necessary cooking essentials. The home also features covered parking to keep your vehicle cool and an outdoor grilling area for those delightful barbecues.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

First time to Gulf Shores

View from property was excellent. Short walk to beach. Close to many restaurants and stores. House was comfortable for our 6 travelers. Only minor issue was lock on front door was tricky, but we figured it out. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for a couples trip!

It’s so hard to find a good place to accommodate three couples, three queen beds and three full bathrooms. It was clean and so cute in side. Staff were very helpful when we had a question at check in! We would gladly return!

Great location

Location, location, location. This property was at a great location just across the street from public access to the beach. Parking was easy just off main road under the house. Front part of home is newly remodeled. Back part is older, but in good condition. Nice upper level deck, for outdoor time.

Great location!!

The house is in a great location. Plenty of parking. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of space! Beds were comfortable. House feels very cozy. Loved the large porch! The floors were not clean when we arrived. I did not report this, as we were busy with baseball, and I could address it myself. The rest of the home was clean. Two of the showers were tiny. We all ended up using the one regular size bath/shower combo. Even with those two cons, we would definitely stay here again!! We had a wonderful experience and would recommend staying here!

The location was perfect. The view was beautiful. There was plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable in their own space. Plenty of parking. Even though the description said no beach items, there were beach chairs available. The house had all the utensils/kitchen appliances, etc. that we needed to cook meals at the house. If we go back, we will stay here again!

Location!

Wonderful house located directly across from the BEACH! (Sit on the front porch and stare at the ocean waves close!) We enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for all seven of us. This adorable house was in the perfect spot - easy walking distance to shops and dinning, a short drive to get groceries and near Gulf State Park, a beautiful place to hike or bike through! Wonderful management company that kept in constant communication throughout the trip! Will definitely be coming back!

Quick Beach Vacation

The house was as described and they mentioned construction so it wasn't a surprise but the construction meant we had to walk down a bit to get to beach. Wished the unit had a grill but overall we had everything we needed and it was spacious.

Beautiful

The only problem with this vacation home is the weeds. We tried to use the back door that leads straight to a shower to avoid getting sand all over the house but our feet and legs got scratched due to poor maintenance in the backyard. Tall weeds with thorns should have been mowed or removed. Check in code didn't work so the process was delayed. Our oven stopped working and they changed it to a functional one. The house was beautiful and we were very comfortable there. Washer and dryer made our vacation easier. Location is amazing. I would definitely stay again.

Spacious home, great view and amazing location

Right across from the beach, walking to shops, restaurants, icecream shops. great view from the balcony of the beach. even have a water hose outside near the steps to clean up after you return from the beach. we reported a couple of minor issues in the home and they sent maintenance immediately to fix it.

Great place across the street from beach

This is a nice 3-bedroom, 3 bath house across the street from the beach in Gulf Shores. Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Fully furnished kitchen and nice mattresses on the beds.
