Enjoy BEACHFRONT BLISS @ Gulf House 303!! This 2/2 condo sleeps 6 comfortably and is right on the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Shores. Relax and unwind knowing you are steps away from the beach! With only 36 units, and 6 units per floor, you will enjoy this low density, family friendly complex.

THE SPACE: Updated beautiful cabinetry, counter tops and stainless-steel appliances are featured in the fully stocked kitchen. We provide both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. There is seating for 2 at the bar and 4 at the dining room table. Relax in the spacious living room where you will find a QUEEN sofa sleeper, two recliners and a flat screen TV! Spend time on the balcony where you can watch the surf and have your morning coffee. The master bedroom has a QUEEN bed with an en-suite bathroom and a smart TV. The masterbath is small but functional and has a standup shower. The guest bedroom has TWIN beds and is located next to the hall bath. Both bedrooms are decorated with coastal art, lamps, and bedding. The unit does not have a washer/dryer. However, each floor has a convenient credit card operated laundry center. WIFI is free.

THE PROPERTY: The complex has a beautiful pool with plenty of lounge chairs and tables to relax in. For the grill master in your family, there are charcoal grills and picnic tables to cook and enjoy your favorite beach specialties! Off the elevator, you are located just steps to the pool or beach! Beach service is available in season. YOU ARE BEACHFRONT, so spend your day watching the waves and soaking in the sun! When your day is done, wash away the sand with the convenient outdoor hose and shower. Parking is available onsite and half of it is covered, so you may choose any open spot. Located near the elevator, carts are available for unloading your gear. The unit does not have a washer/dryer. A clean, credit card operated laundry center with washers and dryers is located on each floor. There is a QR code to download an app which you can use to securely upload a credit card and pay.

*Parking passes are purchased separately, $40 per vehicle, max two (2). You will receive an email one week before your stay to register your vehicles and pay for your passes. *Must be 25 to rent, proof of age is required. *Non-smoking unit. *No pets allowed. * No parties. *No boats or trailers allowed on property. *A starter set of paper towels/toilet paper provided, bring extra if staying more than a couple of days.

THE AREA: You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores, conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Visit The Wharf in Orange Beach or Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. Catch a thrill on the rides at OWA Amusement Park. Local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park. Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature trails, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.

Great location!

Great location and close to attractions, restaurants and the beach! The condo is small but mighty. The rooms were good size and the balcony extended the space. The master bathroom was on the smaller side. The second bathroom was very spacious. The kitchen had everything! (except scissors, a small minor detail) Parking and the elevator were very convenient. We used the grill and outdoor seating area and the kids loved having the pool.

Comfortable and convenient

Nice condo with direct beach access and a pool, good 2 BR layout with twin beds in one of the bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room. The elevator broke the last day which made it challenging to get luggage and elderly family members checked out, but otherwise a really nice stay.

Highly recommend

This condo was very nice. Very clean and nicely decorated. The location is great with just steps to the beach and booking and all communication went great. It was just my husband and I, and my sister so it was the perfect size for the 3 of us. We had a great time. The beach view from the balcony is not great but it does have one…being that I booked the condo at the last minute on Memorial Day weekend I felt lucky to find such a great place at a great price.

Lovely condo, awesome beach!

We had a wonderful stay, the condo was just lovely and the area is beautiful. The beach was amazing, with the softest sand and perfect for looking for shells. If I had to do it again I would definitely utilize the beach chair/umbrella rentals as that saves an extra trip, and for convenience. The condo is situated about 5 mins from Walmart, making everything really easy. The beach wasn’t too crowded, but those who were there were all very friendly. I would definitely recommend this condo, and know that we’ll be rebooking for another trip next year!

Good for Hangout Fest

We visited for Hangout fest with out three teens. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk there very easily. We enjoyed our coffee each morning on the balcony looking at the water. This is a typical condo in a 5 or 6 story high building. The place is nice, but as others said, the second bathroom is definitely an experience! Anyone over 5'6 will not be able to close the door while using the toilet. You can close the door to the bedroom for privacy, so it worked for us. The pull out sofa would not work for an adult, or really even a teen for that matter. The mattress is thin and the bed will not lay flat. Very uncomfortable. Stephanie, the property manager, was very nice and allowed us to check in a little early, which I appreciated. I was very turned off by the fact that we paid a cleaning fee and were asked to sweep the floor and not leave any clean dishes in the dishwasher when we left. This requires you to handwash your breakfast dishes on the last day, or use paper products.

We enjoyed the condo. It was decorated nice and clean. AC went out while we were there which was an inconvenience but Stephanie was responsive and got someone out to fix it. The bathroom in the master bedroom is very tiny (appears to be a closet made into a toilet and shower) and would probably only work for small and somewhat flexible people. It was nice to be on the to beach and close to restaurants.

Beach Trip 2022

I brought my step daughter (20) and my two granddaughters (15 & 10) to Gulf Shores for a 5 night trip. We went in June 2022. They had never been to the area. I had been on several friend trips there and have always loved it. We enjoyed our stay at Gulf House. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It was perfect for the 4 of us. This condo has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The keypad made for easy access without having to worry about keeping up with a key. The kitchen was well stocked. I loved the easy beach access…no steps to get onto the beach. We spent our days on the beach and our nights eating dinner out and shopping, played mini golf, and spent one evening at the Wharf in Orange Beach. I would definitely recommend this unit and would gladly stay here again. The master bathroom is a little quirky. The vanity is kind of in the bedroom. And the master shower is small, but it is tiled and nice, and the toilet space doesn’t give much knee room between the toilet and the door. This unit is close to everything. It was clean and nicely decorated.
