Dirty and several repairs needed
While the location was very convenient to the beach, the property was not clean. The bathroom appeared to have barely been wiped down and the floors were dirty upon arrival. The doorknob was falling off of the door and this issue was reported multiple times. We were assured it would be fixed during our stay and no one ever came. The kitchen light also flickered constantly - was reported - and no one showed up to fix it. The pool of this property is located basically in the parking lot. The chairs were dirty and very old. It did not look well kept. It’s not a great location for children to experience the pool and beach at the same time. The dishwasher was filthy. It had food in the bottom of it and was full of dishes. The trash can smelled terrible. We reported multiple items during the stay and after. Very little communication once reported and upon checkout it took multiple check in’s to get in touch with anyone with the property manager to discuss issues. A very small refund was given for all of the issues. It is not what we expected all things considered. I would not recommend this property.
