AHHHHH.... YOUR BEACH FRONT RETREAT. The weather is AWESOME year round! Come see for yourself! This condo is on the sixth floor of the San Carlos building., and is not your typical condo rental. Upscale 3 bedroom, 3 bath retreat with 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, custom window treatments and custom tile throughout. The living area and master bedroom have a wall of windows for a great view of the crystal blue green waters and sandy beach. Open the doors off of the master bedroom and living room to your private Gulf Front balcony. Relax on the balcony listening to the waves roll in and watch the sun set over the water. The master bedroom has a plush King size bed, flat screen TV , Jacuzzi and separate walk in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also large and tastefully decorated; each has a TV, and there is a private bath adjacent to each bedroom. The spacious living area has a 60" large screen TV, w/Net Flix and a leather sleeper sofa. The Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of work space on the granite counter tops. Enjoy the complex amenities - Gulf front zero entry pool, sauna, exercise room overlooking the beach. Treat yourself and come stay with us. You will be pleasantly surprised. As soon as you walk through the front door you will feel like you are on a luxury vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed the first week of June. The weather was beautiful. The unit was nice. There was really nothing worth complaining over. Parking cost 50 for the length of stay. We didn’t have trouble finding a parking spot for 2 vehicles. We would stay here again.

We’ve enjoyed Gulf Shores for 30 years. San Carlos is a great location. This unit was nice. Beds comfortable. Communication with property owner/manager was best I’ve ever experienced. A good choice for a vacation rental.

NCAA women’s beach volleyball weekend

Six women all over the age of 45 attended the NCAA tournament. The condo was an easy walk even for a 73 year-old. We had a beautiful view of the golf and on the last day we were able to see dolphins from our balcony while drinking coffeeThe condo is well equipped, and communication with the owners was seamless

Great choice for six people

Great location and enough space for our crew of six. Also enough dishes and cookware to not have to wash before every meal. The boys took advantage of the fitness center/sauna.The beds were comfortable. The patio doors were heavy and required some strength to open.

Best beach vacation yet

The condo was perfect for what we wanted and the beach was great. We had 5 adults ranging from 18 to 70. We had quick access to the beach and a nice patio to sit on and listen to the waves. The condo was comfortable and fully functional. The owner was also very responsive to any questions that we had. I recommend you read the materials sent to you before you arrive so you will know to bring certain things with you such as paper towels and toilet paper, but this is pretty standard with VRBOs. The beach was never crowded and extremely family friendly. The sand was nice and soft and the water was great. There were enough people to talk to satisfy the extroverts without overwhelming the introverts. We never went to the pool but it was also never overcrowded. I have a tendency to somehow sit right next to the most obnoxious drunk in the area, but we did not even see an obnoxious drunk. We brought our own chairs and umbrella, which I recommend. We were able to go set them up in the morning, go cook breakfast and nobody messed with our stuff. We went the week of July 4th and the fireworks shows were great! We will be back and will look for this same condo again.

The facility was very nice and well kept. This is a VERY busy area with lots of people. The Condo itself needs some upkeep. We contacted the owner shortly after arrival and several time afterwards about a door that wouldnt open to the balcony, clogged drains, a broken garbage disposal and a number of other issues. In spite of sevral promised fixes, nothing was done whatsoever. In spite of the issues, we made the best of it.

Great family vacation

Our family of four brought along my mother and in-laws. We all liked having our own bathroom and the view from the balcony was amazing. All of the shops and restaurants were close by and even walking distance. Our favorite restaurants were The Hangout and Sunliner Diner. Both of them had great food and a wonderful atmosphere. The condo was super clean except for the potato chip we found in the pull out sofa. I loved that it was a short walk to the beach and the staff was friendly. I would recommend staying on this property. We enjoyed our stay. I only wish it would have been longer.

Delightful Spot

This is a well decorated space with a late eighties/early nineties vibe. Everything including beds was clean and comfortable. Access can’t be beat. Owner is super responsive and everything with which we needed help was provided including minor maintenance issue. We felt like honored guests! Property location can’t be beat for ocean view and for access to nearby restaurants. A trip to Foley was great fun too for a short excursion into a different part of the area.
