Welcome to Island Royale 504 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front condo is located on the 5th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience. We inspect frequently and enjoy adding the little touches that make the condo warm and inviting. Follow us on FB "Gulf Shores By Owner."

The oversized private Gulf-front balcony can be accessed from BOTH the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. The balcony includes:

Fabulous stay!

We had a great time in this condo. It was so clean and the beds were more comfy than home! Everything we needed was right there. Beach access was easy and we loved chatting with Joe the security guard each time we walked outside.

Girls Weekend Getaway

We had a fantastic time staying at this condo! Jason & Sonya were excellent hosts, and their communication was top notch. Easy online reservation process and check-in was a breeze. Super clean condo with all the amenities. Jason provides all the needed information for pool access, door code, etc. plus a ton of local recommendations for food and fun. Make sure you take the time to read the communication emails sent before check-in....they are super helpful. The view is worth every penny. We will be back!

Great view & location!

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving beach getaway! We loved the big balcony with an awesome view and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Great condo and the building was small enough that it wasn’t too crowded. The only downfall was the size of the pool but that doesn’t impact too much. We had a great time!
