All Emerald Skye units offer one car parking, direct gulf view, private balcony, outdoor seasonally heated pool, bar-b-que grills, & beautiful white sand. If watching from the balcony dolphins can be seen feeding daily. The lighted pier next door provides a spectacular view of the ocean waves all night. This unit features: new flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, comfortable recliner, king bed, bunk beds, stack laundry & ceramic tile floors throughout. Bunk area can be closed off from living room and bedroom for privacy. The elevator & luggage carts are conveniently located & the front door has keyless entry lock so you never have to use a key!

Great central Orange Beach location near restaurants, fishing, parks, shopping, marinas and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east it's a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, Florida where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels) and the Naval Flight Museum. To the west it's a 1 hour drive to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. A short drive west from Mobile are the Biloxi Casinos. The host was great with communication and answered every question I asked. The condo was stocked with plenty of dishes, pillows, towels and blankets. The tv is a good size and furniture is comfy. My only problem was the elevator light in bedroom window; which i knew going in because others had mentioned it was bright.

I have stayed at Emerald Sky before. This time I can honestly say, it's time for renovations. The sleeping area was awful, cleanliness wasn't good, the balcony flooring was filthy. The bed linen was dingy. You could feel the springs in the let out sofa. We were very disappointed. Also gate code was changed for access to beach. We got a call from some lady 1hr later with code. Even though, guy on call texted the code. No parking permit when we got there. We had to wait on that. We had a bad experience

Our unit was very dated (furniture). There was a smell when we first got in that lasted the entire stay. The window in the bedroom faced the elevator which had a bright light next to it. The blinds in bedroom were inadequate. There should have been blackout shades in its place. Our room lit up like a Christmas tree. I was very upset about this!!!The dressers in the bedroom had a old musty odor in the drawers, thus we lived out of our suitcases. The sink in bathroom backed up. I will say, the owner's responded quickly to any questions I had.

Exactly as pictured

No camera tricks were used the condo was exactly as pictured and explained. Check in was simple and the host did a great job communicating the process. Balcony overlooking the beach was a perfect hangout spot when we weren't on the beach.

Just okay

Big things: uncomfortable furniture, very small pool in parking lot, pier blocking the view. Small things: sparse cooking utensils, poor quality pots and pans, only one dish towel, one tiny bar of soap in bath, one for dishwasher and one load for laundry. Even though it is a budget unit and small, it could be much better and much more comfortably furnished.

Great stay

Property as listed, owmer has made upgrades with a new fridge and new washer and dryer, jason was fantastic to deal with. Beach views were amazing and located with in minute's of grocery stores and places to grab food. We have stayed at emerald skye several times, this is our first time at this unit and you cant beat the friendliness or location.

Wondeful Condo & View! The property was super clean and had a great beach vibe. Overall great place!

Our stay was amazing. The hosts communicated with us so well! It was close to lots of yummy beach restaraunts but super quiet and comfortable at night. We felt safe and had an amazing girls weekend! I highly recommend this condo!

Great stay

This little condo was perfect for what my family and I were looking for. It was right on the beach, it's very convenient to get to, parking just a few feet from the building. Only 30-40 condos here compared to 100s at larger places. We had zero issues while we were there. Do wish they would have had central air/ heat, but it was cool during our stay so we were comfortable. The outdoor pool being open and heated was an added bonus since my 6 yr old wanted to swim nonstop. Beach was pretty, saw dolphins in the morning. Will definitely stay here again.

home sweet alabama

when we got there, it was very cold, we thought somebody was going to be there to let us in, or gives the code to get in the condo, but everything is done online. We got help form a Ladie that we meet on that day, made some phone calls and in ten minutes we were inside, which it was great because it was freezing outside.we will make sure next time we get all the info we need

Only wish bedrm was connected to balcony.but every thing else was no complaints (except I wish we'd known Toilet paper wasn't supplied !)..location in town, distance & access to beach great; noisy with bedrm by elevator; Enjoyed balcony . My mom & I enjoyed our stay. stay.our stay.

I would highly recommend this condo unit #35.Place was absolutely very nice,had everything you need. The owners were quick to respond to anything you ask and even go as far to bring stuff to you. The view was amazing!!! Went on a Pirate Adventure with Hudson Marina absolutely would recommend great for all ages.All through we were under a Tropical Storm Warning from Francine we had a absolutely amazing time.Would definitely book again with Jason and Milton thanks guys for sharing your amazing place with us.
