Situated on the 5th floor on Boardwalk in Gulf Shores this 3-bedroom / 2 -bathroom vacation rental sleeps up to 10 people. Enjoy beautiful views from the private gulf front balcony. When it is time to relax after a long day at the beach lounge in the cozy living room that is beautifully decorated in coastal decor . Prepare a traditional seafood dish in the fully equipped kitchen which has seating for 3 at the breakfast counter and a dining area that seats 4. Enjoy the convenience of having smart TV's throughout the condo. There is an in unit washer and dryer.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom has a king size bed as well as access to the gulf front balcony. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with a tub/shower combo with the third bedroom which has 2 sets twin over twin bunk beds.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present

The condo was a little dated and the beds were not comfortable but it was close to everything and the beach was nice. It suited our needs and was worth the money we paid versus what we would have paid for a nicer condo

Great location

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Condo was clean. Master bedroom outside door not sealed well, had to keep it shut and locked (hot air would blow through if not). Minimal bathroom counter space. But overall, great condo. Management super helpful and responded quickly to messages.

Not So Updated.... But on the Beach

We have spent many nights at VRBO homes and this by far was the worst. The positives include the balcony and the proximity to the beach.The home smelled "old", lots of updating needs to take place.... multiple layers of paint on the walls, master bedding was not clean and we had to use a blanket from the closet. Master bathroom has lots of scum build up around the bottom of the shower... just yucky. Our family is not very picky but this was pretty rough. If possible, stay elsewhere.

Dirty property, not worth the money spent

The location of the property was great. Easy to park, great access to the beach and pool was okay, could have been larger. The condo itself was VERY dirty, and Young's SunCoast DID NOT follow through on what they promised. My husband and I treated my parents to this vacation and my mom and I spend way too much of our vacation time cleaning the unit so we were comfortable enough to sleep there. The walls were covered in dust and webs, the floors dirty enough that we all wore sandals as we couldn't go barefoot. The bathrooms were also full of dust and dirty. Upon arrival, there was a lady sitting in the recliner eating something. She definitely startled my daughter and I as we open the door and walked in. She said she was doing a final walk through---was VERY odd. In addition, we had an infestation of ants in the kitchen and master bedroom (of a 5th floor condo?) that we found the first full day. Once notified, the property management group sent an exterminator which helped in the kitchen but they continued to appear in the master bedroom. There is too much furniture in the condo for it's size and the beds are in need of replacement. I would NEVER rent from SunCoast again.
