When it is time to relax after a long day at the beach lounge in the cozy living room that is beautifully decorated in coastal decor . Prepare a traditional seafood dish in the fully equipped kitchen which has seating for 3 at the breakfast counter and a dining area that seats 4. Enjoy the convenience of having smart TV's throughout the condo. There is an in unit washer and dryer.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom has a king size bed as well as access to the gulf front balcony. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with a tub/shower combo with the third bedroom which has 2 sets twin over twin bunk beds.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present
