LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The living room provides beautiful floor to ceiling windows looking over the sugar white sands of the Alabama coast. Decorated with a coastal flare throughout, no detail has been spared. There is a fully equipped kitchen and seating for 4 at the dining table and 2 at the breakfast counter. This cozy condo also features a full size washer and dryer.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom has a king size bed where you can relax after a long beach day. There is also access to the beach front balcony. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room which allows this condo to sleep up to 6 people comfortably. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present

The pictures are not updated for the master bathroom and patio, they have done upgrades and it was a beautiful property. My family enjoyed our stay, the condo had everything we could need. It was wonderful trip, will be booking the property again.

Very nice property and location!

We liked the central location. It was close to the entertainment and restaurants we wanted to visit. The convenience market across the street was great. Watching the dolphins from the balcony in the morning and evening was entertaining! The pool was clean and nice in the late afternoons.

Over all it's a great place to stay

This is our 2nd trip to Gulf Shores and the 2nd time to stay in this building. The building is older but clean and both condos we stayed at where nicely remodeled. I really don't want to take away from what the owners have but I would like to point out a couple of things that could improve the stay. It seams trivial but bar height tables and chairs on the balcony would be a plus. We love sitting on the balcony enjoying the view with a drink or cup of coffee and looking through bars kinda takes away from that. At least a couple cheap beach chairs and umbrella that the guests could use would be nice. The previous condo had those amenities. Over all great place good location!
