This is our second time staying at Crystal Tower and we had absolutely love this vacation spot! The various pools and hot tubs are phenomenal and it’s a great stretch of the beach. We spent the days swimming, playing on the beach, and looking for ghost crabs on the beach at night. The condo was clean and very comfortable for our family of five! The kids loved having a tv in their room! We look forward to coming back again in the future!!!

The location and view were amazing. Our condo was on the 15 floor which made it easy to see the ocean. The reason for four stars is because the night before we were suppose to leave the property manager said we needed to be out of the condo by 8am. That was not idea on our last day of vacation because we wanted to wake up and go walk the beach for the last time. Our check out time was suppose to be 10am. They needed us out because they were doing construction which I had no idea about this happening when I booked 4 months prior. We had no warning about the management needing us out early when booking. It would have been nice to have a warning. They also do not supply you with enough dish pods to do the dishes before you leave. We were left 2 pods for a 5 day trip. I would recommend leaving enough pods to do dishes at least once a day. (They expect you to do the dishes before you leave and have them put away) Overall not a bad experience and we might book this condo again.
