Get away from the high rises and high costs and bring your family to a roomy, nicely decorated and well kept 2 bedroom, 2 bath, spacious pool side condo (building I) in the well known Sea Oats. The complex is spread out on nine beautifully landscaped acres directly on 700 feet of waterfront of the Little Lagoon with exclusive private beach access only a few steps away Right across the street.

This 1200 square foot condo is one of the nicest units in the complex. It offers a large fully stocked kitchen, dining and living areas with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and washer/dryer in the unit. Living area and both bedrooms open to private balcony directly overlooking one of two Olympic sized pools in the complex (plus two kiddie pools).

The complex offers private boat slips, boat launch, gazebos, benches, picnic tables and grills. Fish from the piers without ever leaving the area (complete with a fish cleaning station)!

Unlike many units, included is a starter supply of hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher soap and garbage bags. Full linens and towels (including beach towels) are provided and a full size washer/dryer is conveniently located in the hall for your use.

FISH IN THE LAGOON, SWIM IN THE POOL, SUN AT THE BEACH OR PICNIC ON THE GROUNDS - ALL FROM ONE GREAT LOCATION!!

This rental was incredibly clean, located perfectly across the street from the beach, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The only negative would be the mattresses, they could benefit from being replaced. But honestly, I'd stay here again, and likely will.

Great Family location.

Property was right across the street from the beach. The outside storage was great as we did t have to load and unload our beach wagon each day. Pool was a great afternoon activity. Close enough to the restaurants but far enough where the beaches didn’t have the crowd. Great location. Looking forward to next year

Very Dog friendly

This was the first time we had our dog with us on vacation. There were other dogs in the complex and I worried about my dog barking and others barking too. However, besides my own dog's barking (which was very little), we only heard dog sounds in the outside hallway or outside. Very dog friendly.We had an issue with the wifi, but the host and the maintenance guy were very helpful and the problem had a resolution fast! Beach access was just across the road and that is important. We would choose this place again!

Roomy for our needs

Rooms were roomy and spacious. Had utilities we needed such as cookware, etc. Condo was clean for the mist part other than Bed Comforters had dog or cat hair on them from the previous people that stayed. We jope sheets were washed.

Just what we needed

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our visit. Great size condo and loved that it was pet friendly. The only negative was the beds, which were hard and not comfortable. Great proximity to the pool and the ocean. We would stay there again, and our dogs loved it.

No internet

Had no internet the entire time. Repeated Communications with owner, many calls to internet provider, still no internet. We finally gave up on having internet by the fourth day. Vacation shouldn't be spent dealing with internet problems.
