Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. âą Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. âą The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Wonderful location! Best vacation Iâve had in a long time, we will be back. The only reason I didnât give it all 5 stars was the dishwasher was broken during our stay.
Only thing was the pictures showed we should have had two more twin beds but we still slept comfortably either way. Also even though we didn't have a balcony the view was still absolutely beautiful . . We will definitely book again .
Great place to stay, we were on the 10th floor. It was big enough for the 12 of us. The elevator was a little scary. A few steps from the beach. No balconies but the kids loved the huge windows.
We stayed at this building a lot. This is the first time having to get a different unit then the one we usually stay in. It was great unit look like the pictures online. Love the area. There was a small problem with the shower in one of the bathrooms. Notified the number on the check in and it was fixed immediately.
We loved the size of the condo, four bedrooms and large living area and kitchen. We liked that it did not have a balcony since we had small children with us. Loved the huge windows so still felt we were right on the beach. The only negatives are there was supposed to be king beds in the rooms with bathrooms but one of them was a queen. Also, all of the mattresses need to be replaced. Everyone complained about the mattresses, especially the twin beds. We will book this condo again once mattresses are replaced.

ES MUY GRANDE BONITA VISTA, PERO LASTIMA QUE NO TIENGA BALCONY, LAS CAMAS TWINS NO SIRVEN DEMASIADO VIEJOS, Y HACEN RUIDO, LAS TELES NO SON SMART, SOLO LA DE LA SALA. TAL VEZ VOLVERIA PERO NO ESTOY SEGURA.
