The staff was extremely friendly at the front desk and the outside bar area! They help make it feel like home and with only being open for two weeks they did a great job picking out the staff! They are amazing! The hotel is also beautiful and only a 2 min walk to the beach. Great Spot!!

Had a fantastic stay at the Embassy Suites Gulf Shores. It’s a brand new hotel with lovely clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful facilities including a gorgeous pool/ bar area and just steps from the beach. The staff in particular went above and beyond, especially Glenisha at the front desk, Sandra at the breakfast bar, our server Johanna and Laura in housekeeping. Their kindness and attentive service went beyond the traditional hotel experience. If we are ever in Gulf Shores again, there’s no where else I would want to stay!

Everything was fantastic except the pills are terrible. Bring your own pillows. They’re real fat until you lay your head on them and then they sink and smother you. It’s that foam inside like you buy at Walmart. They need to upgrade their pillows. Also they don’t tell you till really in fine print you can either park wherever you can find a spot but if you wanna park in the parking garage, it’s valet only $25 a day.

Breakfast was great. Enjoyed the pool, lounging areas and the fire “pit” next to the pool, overlooking the ocean view. Did not like the parking setup. All garage parking is valet, which is $25, per night.

Exceptional place to stay for the weekend walking distance to everything you need. We never need to get our car. The only thing that wasn’t the most positive was that you had to use valet parking. There are very few parking spots available on the side of the hotel however, it was full when we arrived.

Barely any negatives

Amazing pool and view! Staff customer service (check in, housekeeping and servers) was excellent! We really enjoyed the reception! The breakfast, especially the cooked to order omelettes, were delicious! Being right across from the beach and a few minutes from shops, restaurants and attractions was awesome! Only a few negatives…given the price, my room and bathroom floors could have been a little cleaner. The air ventilation humidity system runs constantly. This may be a good thing but it’s a little noisy at night. The luggage carts are too small, and it definitely needs another parking option for those who don’t prefer or have had bad experiences with valet. The on street parking is limited and doesn’t particularly belong to the hotel. Otherwise, beautiful hotel, and I would have given 5 stars.
