The food and staff at the restaurant were excellent. The pan seared red fish and pimento cheese cheeseburger was amazing. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. However, I couldn’t give a higher rating due to a few items. There were only 15 parking spots out front unless you wanted to spend $25 a day for valet parking. We had to drive around the block looking for a parking spot. The bar was understaffed and took upwards of 30 minutes to be waited on. The hotel advertised premium beds and they were hard and thin. We paid for an ocean balcony view but had a hotel across the street blocking our view. We changed rooms and the view was better but the beds were not. I expected a better bed in a high end hotel especially for what we paid for the stay.

The hotel is new, rooms are well designed, gulf views are wonderful. Staff are cordial. Howevet, the place is short-staffed. Roomed are not cleaned daily. Upon our arrival, we were kept waiting for our room until 5:3OM.

Very nice hotel and amenities. We stayed for New years Eve and it was packed so the Complimentary Happy Hour and Breakfast were packed and staff had a hard time keeping up. But the staff were all friendly and accommodating with the exception of the night shift front d al person.

Had a partial ocean view facing west. We could see the gulf beach and Bon Secour Bay along with the lagoon. Sunset was nice. Room is very spacious for 3 + dog. Bathroom good size w plenty of space on vanity. Parking at hotel is third party valet service that is organized w text messaging for car request and loading payment info. Walkable to souvenir shops and restaurants. Pool is heated The sofa can convert into a bed, there are instructions below one of the cushions. Each “room” gets its own television that has Netflix and Disney, as well as live channels. The staff were very attentive and did their best to manage the line when the waffle irons ran out of batter, they had a new tub very quickly. The breakfast buffet had a very wide selection of choices, including fresh fruit and baked goods. Overall, very good hotel with awesome rooms and a great staff. Overall, averaging all 3 people’s ratings, this hotel gets a 4 star rating. Just remember to use the ramp to the left, take the elevator up the equivalent of 4 steps, and take the accesible door to get the luggage cart out to your car. That’s the biggest downfall.

Room was clean and staff was kind , however the music from the hotel blasting all night long and the fart fan in your room that can’t be shut off makes for a ruff sleep at best
