Located in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores this one-bedroom, 1.5-bath hotel suite offers you fantastic views from your Gulf-front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck.

This suite offers you a fully equipped kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a King-size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional half bath.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

First off I would like to say thank you for letting us check in a little early, since we arrived earlier than expected. Now on to the condition of the unit, when we got in the unit the first thing we noticed was that the unit smelled stale or like it had previously been smoked in, the property says it is a smoke free property even on the balcony, which was the draw for us to the property. Next there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, we ran the dishwasher and put up the dishes, no big deal. Next was the horrible condition of the shower head, see photo, covered in what appears to be black mold/slime, second photo is the cleaner head by just running and rag with Irish Spring soap over it. The toilets have a black ring in them at the waterline. The air conditioner filter looks like it hasn’t been changed in quite a while, which could be part of the unit smelling stale. I understand this is a business and the faster you can turn the unit over and get the next people in the more the company benefits. Our overall stay was great. Staff was friendly and professional. Location was amazing Just the few issues with the cleanliness of the property. Not sure if the housekeeping crew needs a little motivation or if the person in charge of inspection after housekeeping gets done is not doing a thorough enough job but this really needs to be looked into. I regret to say we will probably not be using a Brett/Robinson property again.

Everything was clean and very nice. Room service only came around once when we were there. That was the only negative. Pool was amazing, views were amazing. Definitely would recommend this place! Easy check in.

Loved everything about our stay other than the property only having 2 elevators. These were used by maintenance stay as well as guests so it was always a wait On catching an elevator that could fit another guest. Hate to waste precious beach fun time on an elevator wait

Short trip

We enjoyed our short stay at this property! It was just the right size for my family and the check in/check out process was very easy. We had plenty of linens and pillows and the bed was very comfy. The couch bed and bunks were great for the kids and the half bath was a nice extra. We will stay with you again!
