LOCATION
The West Beach area of Gulf Shores has a wonderful throwback beach town feel! Houses and duplexes line the 2-lane road for miles. Mixed in you will find small locally owned groceries and some outstanding restaurants. The beach front is easily accessible whether you are directly on the beach, across the road, or just under the pass! West Pass is an ecological treasure chest where Little Lagoon meets the Gulf of Mexico. 110 Pass Drive sits along the bulkhead of West Pass. From here you can see it all!! Sunsets rise over the Lagoon and Gulf of Mexico and then set behind you on the same waterways in the afternoon! Thousands of fish congregate and move through the pass! The fishing is amazing!

Owning our own in-house cleaning company gives us full control over the cleaning and sanitizing of the properties we manage. We have special protocol in place to keep our cleaners and guest safe during these times. This includes: our clean bed program (we started this almost 3 years ago in all of our condos - one of 2 local companies to pioneer an all clean bed with clean quilts for every guest); our cleaners use disinfectants recommended by the CDC on all hard surfaces; the floors are steam mopped to sanitize; towels and laundry come bagged fresh from our laundry office where bleach is used in every wash. We are committed to doing our part to keep you safe!!
