BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: One (1) parking pass maximum included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Unit was great and exactly as advertised. There was construction at the property and the elevators were down and I was not made aware by the rental company or VRBO prior to my arrival. Despite those inconveniences, we had a great time.

Grand Beach Resort

Very good trip. The condo is decorated very nicely. The communication with the property owner was excellent. There is a security person who lives onsite. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Excellent location easy beach access. The pier is just up the street. Easy access to food, shopping, activities for the entire family. Orange beach is just a few miles down the road. Will stay again.

My husband and I have been to gulf shores once before about 4 years ago. We loved the white sand beaches, amazing seafood and southern hospitality so we decided to go back! This was a differnt experience because for one we stayed in a luxury resort before. This was more of our own space, cute place, great location. We loved the view of the gulf. We wish their would've had a few more necessaties included.Its not often they don't even give you a full roll of TP or paper towels. No salt and pepper. only 1 kitchen towel and we were there 10 days. we aware of this. I think Ill probably go for the resort on our next trip

Nice place!

We really enjoyed the condo. Clean and nicely decorated. Pool area was large and we enjoyed it. Beach was close and not very crowded. Check in process was easy and property manager was very responsive. The property and location overall was great!

Nice condo, the couch bed mattress could be better. I didn’t like that property management messaged me the day before we left to ask if we were leaving earlier than 10 the next day. Definitely a bummer message to get and also kind of not necessary if the instructions just say message when you leave.

The Perfect Getaway

My friends and I were in town for the Hangout Festival and just wanted a nice, quiet place to stay that was not too far. Everything was clean and they had everything we needed! I was also worried we couldn't see the beach because it is across the street but there are no buildings blocking the view! I would recommend this place to anyone for a relaxing getaway to the beach!

Perfect beach spot

This was my kids and husband’s first time at the beach. We loved the location and being about to see the water from where we stayed. Short walk to the beach and back. The apartment was so cute and definitely needed for my 3 year old and 7month old to play. We will definitely look into another stay here.
