This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.


This EFFICIENCY unit has a bedroom but the bedroom has no door and open to the hallway. Beautiful views easy beach access to gazebo & family friendly accommodations make Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet the ideal choice for your Gulf Shores getaway! This 7 story complex of 3 buildings is conveniently situated directly across the street from the beach & close to area attractions. It boasts a tropical oasis of pools hot tubs tennis courts putting green & shuffleboard as well as a pier & private beach all overlooking Little Lagoon. This 485 sq ft 7th floor (top) property faces South to catch cool breezes & glimpse the Gulf from your private balcony. Enjoy the washer/dryer and a traditional beach decor. WIFI only throughout the lobby and outdoor areas.

This property collects parking fees onsite. The cost is $25.00 per parking pass for vehicles and $20.00 for trailers. The passes will be valid for the duration of your stay.

Enjoying our stay at Gulf Shores surf and racquet club

The condo unit that we rented was more than adequate for my wife and i. We enjoyed the view of the gulf and also the view of the lagoon from our two balconies. Overall we were very satisfied and comfortable. This unit could use some updating regarding countertops and furniture. But it was very clean and enjoyable.

This is a nice cozy nothing real fancy but perfect since we pretty much slept there. Too busy at beach or out and about. Perfect for a couple or couple with a teen.

My favorite condo but HOT

We had a great time even through the periods of bad weather and double red flags. Suncoast Realty made it so easy to checkin (with code) and sent emails and texts with all needed information. Didn’t have to stop by an office!This was our second time staying in this unit. This is my favorite condo in the complex even though there are needed upgrades.Top floor /end unit. 2 balconies. Beautiful views. The A/C needs to be serviced or replaced. It just doesn’t cool well enough. It ran continuously but never got cooler than 74 degrees which made it difficult to sleep. I hate that we had to keep the curtains closed the entire time to try to keep the heat out. Pillows were stained (need protectors) and need to be replaced with pillow protectors. There was molded coffee grounds in the coffee pot, and the small stainless steel skillets need to be replaced. One had caked on food and I could not get it cleaned out. We purchased 2 cheap , nonstick ones and left them there but they aren’t that great and won’t last long. This unit has great potential because of the location and I hope some upgrades can be done soon. With this being said , I would still stay here again if the A/C was repaired or replaced. Surf and Racquet Club is our favorite place to stay in Gulf Shores. Easy access to the lagoon and private beach access and a beautiful pool. More laid back area on the West Beach.

Misleading size of property/unhappy with cleanliness

Much smaller than advertised but mostly the cleanliness was the problem. Used bar of soap in tub, very stained pillow cases, absolutely no broom available for us to sweep with. The linen closet was locked so we could not access any supplies needed. Few glasses/cups in cabinets were dirty. Wifi code was written wrong on frig. so we lost 1 out of our 3 day stay before we received the correct code. I just want the owner to be fully aware of these issues. The condo was in a wonderful location and we loved having a corner unit. Very thankful for the great weather, and will say the plants/rocks/bridges around the pool were gorgeous!

Complete bust

This trip was a complete bust! With a hurricane in the Gulf, we were unable to make the trip. Torrential downpours, flooded streets and closed ocean (double red flags) all three days we were scheduled to be there. The leasing company refused to refund our money or even let us reschedule. They actually suggested we should still come!! Ridiculous
