This gorgeous lagoon-front home in Gulf Shores, Alabama is the vacation spot of your dreams! This is a stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home that sleeps up to 12 comfortably. Inside, you have all the comforts of home, including a spacious open floor plan with the living, dining, and kitchen area open so all of your family and friends can gather and enjoy each other's company. The living room offers a large screen Smart TV, and a lagoon-front deck with a grill, privacy shades, and a viewfinder to spot dolphins in the water or admire our coastal birds!

The dining area table seats 6 people with room for at least 5 more at the breakfast counter. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the kitchen implements you'll need to prepare a family meal for your entire crew.

The primary ensuite features a king bed and a private bathroom with a double sink vanity, a spacious walk-in glass shower. Bedroom 2 offers another king bed with a large wall-mounted Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The 3rd bedroom will sleep up to four people with 2 double beds and access to a shared full bath with a tub and shower combo. Kids will love the 4th bedroom which features a twin-over-full bunk bed, plus a rolling trundle bed. The even have their own full private bathroom!

Outside is an entertainers dream! Enjoy the outdoor kitchen which features a gas grill, an icemaker, sink and fridge, plus cabinets stocked with outdoor dishware. There's even a mounted TV in the corner of the outdoor kitchen, perfect for making sure your grill-master isn't missing any big football or sports moments!

Soak in the infinity edge hot tub that spills over into the large private outdoor saltwater swimming pool. The pool patio has plenty of outdoor seating so everyone has room to spread out or visit. On hot days, enjoy the cool comfort of outdoor ceiling fans and water misters. Gather your loved ones around the beautiful, glass-pebble topped outdoor gas fire pit as the sun goes down over the water.

Bring the boat and launch at Moe's Landing, which is directly across the lagoon from His & Hers house and tie off at the boat dock. The private, gated pier and covered boat dock features a fish cleaning station for every angler's convenience and a fun stretch net for sunbathing over the water! Outdoor solar lighting keeps the pier illuminated once it's dark outside. Let the little ones play at the edge of the water on the small, private, lagoon front beach area.

The covered area under the house provides a private outdoor shower area and kayaks for guests to enjoy!
