A little TLC

The floors in our room seem like they weren’t mopped or vacuumed very well. The beds were fresh the pull out couch bed needs an updated mattress. The pool wasn’t opened, but Overall we’re happy with the stay my kids had fun we did the beach and tropic falls of Owa.

Our room was not up to my cleanliness standards. There were a decent number of long hairs on the bathroom floor and 2 hairs in the sink when we arrived in our room. The desk chair had sand on the seat and on both arm rests. The beds and sheets seemed clean. Bananas were the only fruit at breakfast and they were brown the first day. The pancake maker never worked properly while we were there.

We were in town for my kids spring break, and we had a blast! The hotel was clean and kept stocked up with the necessities. Every hotel staff member we came in contact with, was very nice and welcoming. My son noticed the front desk attendant, Jeremy’s, name and would speak to him every time we passed. I really appreciate Jeremy for being friendly with my kids the entire time. When he was off the next day, my son forgot he said he wasn’t going to be there and was looking for him. Lol. The hotel was near everything. The farthest distance we traveled was maybe 20-30 minutes to The Wharf’s area. We had plenty to do near the hotel! We will be staying again whenever we’re headed to Foley, Gulf Shores, or the Orange Beach area.
