Summary:

LemonShellO is a wonderful home with 8 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bath and Smart TV. There are 6 King bedrooms, 2 that each have a pair of Queens. 4 King bedrooms are beachfront with beachfront porches. All bedrooms have private baths, and HDTVs. The open floor plan is perfect for a gathering of family or friends.



The large great room has tons of seating for everyone to be together, and opens to a beachfront porch and your own private pool (heated). The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, 2 ice makers, and a tremendous amount of counter space so you can comfortably cook for a crowd. There are laundries on the second and third floors.



Enjoy a wonderful private pool (Heated!) on the main level deck so it has amazing views and easy access for your family to enjoy in the sun or shade. The dune walkover takes you right to the sugar-white sands of our emerald coast beach. There is a new hot tub on the private ground level deck, with steps leading down to a seating area and fire pit that is the perfect outdoor gathering spot in cooler weather.



LemonShello is located about 2.8 miles west of Hwy 59, a few hundred yards east of Lagoon Pass which offers great fishing as the tides flow in and out of the lagoon. You'll be close to restaurants & shops but away from condos & crowds. Sorry, we are not able to rent to groups under the age of 25.

This beach house was the perfect space for our large family, 10 adults and 8 children. Everything was amazing including the huge kitchen, ample seating inside and out, private walkway to the beach, hot tub, elevator and six king suites for a more private experience for each couple. We will definitely plan to stay there again as time and finances allow!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house was decorated beautifully, well equipped for 20 people, so clean and we did have a slow draining sink and tub and Austin got a plumber out quickly to take care of the small problem. Excellent place to stay!!! We will be back next year!!!! 20 stars’s!!!!!!!!

Gorgeous house with the best views of the beach! Perfect for our very large family where everyone had their own nice bedroom/bathroom and privacy. Kitchen was extremely well equipped and living space provided ample room for togetherness and play. Loved being able to use outdoor shower on the dock and bonfire below the property. Definitely had an amazing trip and hope to come back again next year!

We all loved the house with 2 large seating areas and 3 dining/game tables. Kitchen was great, view perfect, and 4 of the 8 bedrooms facing the ocean!!! I could hear the waves all night. Great location and great host! Now if they just allowed a well behaved cat....I would be in heaven.

This was the absolute BEST house we’ve stayed in. Every year my friend group goes on a vacation to celebrate, we will now always stay here. We will definitely be going back as a friend group & referring to my family as a next vacation destination! Austin was amazing to work with and answered any questions I had before & during! While the house was spacious and on the beach, it was not clean; the kitchen had dirty dishes and bugs, and smelled. The living room furniture was in poor condition. The property manager was responsive when we lost power.

Nice house in a great location

The house is the perfect spot for a large group- we had 18 adult guest. Each room and en suite bathroom are very large. We liked that there were no bunk beds. Nice storage in each room with closest/dressers as well as storage shelves in bathrooms. The house has a huge kitchen and two den areas on the main floor. The kitchen is perfectly set up for a large group with 2 refrigerators,3 sinks, ,2 dishwashers, 2 ice makers, and 2 double ovens. You will love the pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor lights. I highly recommend this property and the property managers are very responsive if you have any issues.
