property was very clean and up to date. host was quick to respond when needed . beach view excellent. location perfect. plenty of parking. Fast elevators! I think the separate "VRBO Fee" is out of line.

Condo could use some updates (cleaner furniture, smart TVs, deep clean tile and bathrooms could use updating). Beware of hidden fees!!! The listing states “Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.” You will be charged a 50 parking fee at check in. We were hit with 100 for both of our cars. Electrical outlets are sketchy. The master bedroom has an open outlet. On a positive note, the beds were comfy.
