♥ Parking passes are included in your reservation and will be waiting in the unit upon arrival
♥ One carport space is labeled D-201
♥ One additional parking space is available directly behind the carport, parked in tandem
♥ If you bring your own boat, you may park your boat trailer in one of these two reserved spaces
♥ Additional open parking may be available in the complex on a first-come, first-serve basis

Other Notes and Rules

♥ No trailers, personal watercraft, campers, or motorhomes are allowed on the property—such vehicles will be towed
♥ This complex does not have elevators, and there are two flights of stairs to enter the condo
♥ The reservation registrant must be at least 23 years old. A government-issued photo ID will be required for verification before check-in
♥ Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a charge ranging from $100 to $500, depending on any damage caused

Pet Rules

♥ No dogs under one year old
♥ No dogs over 30 lbs
♥ A maximum of two dogs allowed
♥ Pet fees: $50 per dog for stays of 2-4 nights and $100 per dog for stays of 5+ nights
♥ Guests must provide their own dog bedding, crate, and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur. Condo towels are not to be used for pets
♥ Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds
♥ Dogs cannot be left unattended in the condo
♥ If your dog sheds, please brush them outside daily
♥ Guests must pick up after their dog and discard waste properly
♥ Dogs are not allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers
♥ Guests must clean up any accidents their dog has inside and notify the host of any damage
♥ Dogs must be on a leash when on Sea Oats property
♥ Guests are responsible for any damage their dog causes
♥ Excessive barking is not allowed, and fees may apply if other condo guests complain
