We had the best service in the restaurants, valet, front desk and room staff. They really know how to make you feel welcome and special! The beach was beautiful too ! Will definitely book there the next time we go.

Outside of the cleaning staff mistaking my clothes as trash, I had a great experience. I was compensated for my misplaced items. Otherwise, the facilities were clean, the food options were great and the room being right on the beach was convenient.

Very clean, well kept and quiet. There are not many restaurants within walking distance but the restaurants and food options on site were excellent. Nice gym with a lot of equipment. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend

The staff absolutely shined through. The only thing, in my opinion, is why the resort is rated as a three star, and not a four, is that food service at the outside bar is self-order / self-pickup. Granted they only had one waitress, but add one or two more, and that would seal the resort experience. Other that; extremely accommodating front desk, super friendly, and very pleasant do deal with. One of the two night shift bartenders could use a course, or three. But OTHER than that… I would absolutely return! I’m sure by now my review has unmasked who I am. LOL!

Perdido Beach Resort is the best all-around property on Orange Beach. It has plenty of of on-site amenities, including excellent choices for food and drinks. The staff were all warm and accommodating. Our room was spacious and well-appointed with an extra area with wet bar in our gulf view room. Room service is by request, but the staff cleaned thoroughly when we asked for service. Talented musicians offer great sounds while you lounge pool-side. The beach area is clean and well-maintained. The property is also located within walking distance to other great seafood restaurants. Outlet Shopping in Foley, AL is a short 15-min drive. Parking is free. Perdido is always our 1st choice for accommodations on Orange Beach. Nothing else compares!
