Great Location and Stay

Overall I am extremely happy with my stay at Phoenix All Suites West. The location is convenient, the staff were all very friendly, and parking was one of the easiest experiences I've had with condos. The only complaints that I could have is the elevators are slow, and the rooms are not sound proof, you can hear anything above you and outside. Thankfully, we didn't have too many issues with noise. Nice place and a good stay for my sister trip! Will be booking again.

The location overlooked the unheated pool and was right on the Gulf with great views. But, unfortunately we had bad weather with lots of rain storms and wind. We also lost power and water for a short while. I had to call the office to find out what was going on, and all they knew wass a transformer had blown somewhere and this affected the whole city. I realize it wasn't their fault, but communication could have been better. The room was smaller than I anticipated with a very small half bath, and equally small main bathroom with shower. There was no toilet paper holder in the main bathroom so the one roll they gave us sat by the sink and got wet. The tile floors had no mats anywhere except outside the front door, so trying to wipe feet when we came in from the front or back doors left sand everywhere. The kitchen had all the necessary items and everything appeared to be in working order, although we didn't cook. Overall, I gave it a three rating. The place was a bit dated and was nothing special but you can't beat the location.

As promised! The views were fantastic and the property was really clean. It was slightly run down (crack in bathroom mirror and older toilet) but everything was spotlesss. Worth it!

Room is pretty dated and definitely could use a remodel. Lots of noise during the mornings and afternoon from upstairs. Sand was between the sheets on night one. They were supposed to be clean, fresh sheets. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain...had to call the front office to get resolved... Day one issue as well. Elevators are not ventilated and move very slow. Took the stairs several times and I was on the 11th floor. Seek a better property with newer ammenties.

Black mold and dirty

Disappointed is a huge understatement. We paid a small fortune to stay here. They charged a hefty cleaning fee, but they NEVER cleaned or serviced our room. Although they had their daily touch up service signs posted throughout the elevators describing what they do each day. They dumped towels on the bed or toilet 6 out of 10 days. Two days we had to go ask for them ourselves and we had to use our old towels the other days. We had to take our own trash out and clean our room ourselves. We had a leaky refrigerator and leaky toilet in our room. There was black mold all in the air ducts in our unit. We sure won't stay at a Phoenix or Brett/Robinson managed property again.
