FEATURES:
This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath unit at the Boardwalk is a corner unit on the 4th floor. Enjoy the magnificent views from your private balcony. Our condo features free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer - free for you to use during your stay. A laundry packet is provided to do a load of laundry while you`re here. Free private Wi-Fi ensures you have a great connection during your stay. Swim in the large gulf front pool or bask in the sun on the huge deck surrounding it.

MASTER BEDROOM:
The master bedroom offers a king sized bed and direct access to the balcony. An elevated TV with free cable provides comfortable viewing entertainment while you drift off to sleep. The large closet features full length mirror doors that let you check your outfit from all the angles! Store your luggage easily in the closet and hang up your clothes with some of the provided hangars. Enjoy direct access to a private Master Bath with a shower/tub combo unit. The bathroom is super well lit, including a light above the shower for excellent lighting while you`re in there.

GUEST BEDROOM #1:
The first Guest Bedroom includes a Queen sized bed with an elevated TV with cable, perfect for late night shows. A closet and dresser offer great storage for clothing while you can fit your luggage in the closet. Located away from the other bedrooms, you won`t be kept up by others` going ons while you`re trying to go to sleep. Bedside lamps offer reading light if you prefer a good read before going to bed. A comfy chair in the corner and an ottoman offer sitting room while in the bedroom.

GUEST BEDROOM #2:
The 2nd Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds perfect for children. A small TV with cable offers some light night shows before bed if they`re allowed. A small closet and dresser allows their things to be put away. Conveniently located right across the hall from the guest bathroom.


GUEST BATHROOM:
The Guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. A large mirror is there to help you get ready. An electrical outlet is located by the sink for your electrical devices. The bathroom is well lit making it easy to see what you`re doing while taking a shower.

LIVING AREA:
There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations. The dining table comfortably sits 4 people while a couple of additional people can dine at the bar top counter. Enjoy a TV with cable or watching the beautiful ocean while sitting on either the couch or chair.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to satisfy your cooking needs. Plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, appliances, dishes, cups, and utensils. The pantry offers storage space for your groceries. The double sink allows easy dish washing while you`re looking at a great view of the city. A standard drip coffee machine is in the unit. You will have to bring your own coffee for that.

SURROUNDING AREA:
Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, you`re within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The very popular Sea & Suds is located on the property making it an easy walk to get a quick dinner. You`re located right on the beach, so it`s just a short trip to get yourself soaking in the sun. The condo is half a mile away from the famous Hangout, a nice little 15 minute walk away. Great food and live music is waiting for you! It`s also right where the Gulf Shores Public Beach is located that offers additional beach space if the one by the condo is too crowded. There are lots of volleyball nets and a great walking path along the beach if you just want a nice walk.

Welcome to our condo. Please read the house rules carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay!

Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Max number of guests: 8 - any additional guests may result in an additional fee added to the reservation
Minimum age to book: 25 - a person meeting the minimum age is required to stay for the entire reservation

Not Allowed:
- No parties or events
- No pets
- No smoking
- No illegal substances or activities

Cleaning:
- Please do not leave the property a mess. You will get charged for any excessive mess or smells left in the property.
- Please take out the trash before your departure
- Please wash all dirty dishes
- DO NOT wash any dirty towels or bedding. Leave towels in the bathroom. You do not need to strip any beds.

Make sure front door is closed and locked upon departure.
Do not share door codes with anyone outside of your party.
Please set thermostat to 76F for spring/summer/fall (AC On) and 68F for winter (Heat On)

Parking:
- Parking is included in the reservation. You are allowed up to 2 parking passes. You need to let us know in advance how many passes you will need.
- If a second vehicle is brought, then it must be parked across the street in the overflow lot.

Damages:
- Look around the unit upon check-in and note any damages. Let us know about anything you find immediately. You will be held accountable for any damages found following your departure if we were not notified of the damage by you upon your arrival.
- Please notify us of any damage that occurs during your stay. Accidents happen and we understand that. We may have to charge you for the damage depending on the cost and damage caused.
- Any missing items will be charged to guests

Emergencies:
There is no dedicated overnight emergency contact. If an emergency happens, leave us a message. We might respond then. If not, then we will get back in touch with you first thing in the morning.

Maintenance:
- Inform us of any maintenance issues that happen during your stay. We will be out or have someone come out as soon as possible depending on the severity of the issue. It might take a day or two if the issue is minor.
- You do not need to be present for us to get in and perform maintenance.

Daily Maid Service:
- There is no daily maid service
- Towels and bed linens are freshly washed and changed out before each reservation
- An additional cleaning service may be scheduled for longer stays. You will be charged an extra fee for the service.

Hurricane Policy:
- No refunds will be given for tropical storms or hurricanes unless the National Weather Service or the city of Gulf Shores issues a mandatory evacuation
- If an evacuation order is given, any unused portion of rental payment from currently registered guest will be refunded.
- If a Hurricane Warning is in effect, any unused portion of rental payment of a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wishes to shorten their stay and check in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted will be refunded.
