We had an amazing stay. The condo was perfect for four of us and exactly as advertised. Direct beach access and a balcony overlooking the Gulf. Everything was comfortable and exactly what we needed to enjoy ourselves. We had great communication with Edith, our host. It was our first time in Gulf Shores and we look forward to returning.

Wonderful view right on the beach. The 2 large sliding glass doors to the balcony offered fantasic natural lighting and the best view to the water. Beds were soft and comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for preparing meals but still feeling like you never left the beach. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. We are already talking about a trip back! Take an umbrella if you want a little shade on the beach, you can pay 50/day for a rental but cheaper to just take your own!

We were very pleased with this property. The overall property was in good condition and the spacious unit was comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were supplied with clean, fresh linens. There is a large balcony furnished with sitting chairs, and a table & 3 chairs for eating. Plus the ocean view was wonderful. Both beds were very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive both by phone and text when we inquired about the check in process, and the process was easy. We would definitely book this unit again. We viewed the pool did not use it. The daily rate seemed very reasonable. The additional required fees boost the total price quite a bit but we were pleased with the daily rate.

Everything about this property made our trip to the Gulf Shores PERFECT!! The condo was lovely, spacious….the BEST stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! The views from the balcony were beautiful! The beds and bedding were VERY comfortable! We all got a GREAT night sleep every night!! Plenty of seating and very comfortable furniture!! The condo was VERY CLEAN, as was the entire property! Parking was easy, lots of availability! Hardly any waits at the elevator! The property was safe! Chair rentals right out our front door! Nice pool and hot tub! Walmart easily delivered our groceries!! Our host was VERY responsive and helpful! I would DEFINITELY book here again in the future!

Loved this place! Easy to access and beautiful views. Plenty of space for the family. Clean and everything we needed to cook meals was provided dish wise. The pools were spacious and it had an area for my youngest to use safely. Would recommend and stay again!

Perfect location, well appointed condo, easy check in, great communication with all necessary info with codes to pool gate, etc. Edith was great. Id rate this a 9.5. The only little issue was a small roach was present for a moment, then was gone.. never came back.

From the beginning, it was a seamless process. Very thorough communication throughout the trip. It was the small things that we noticed first. We arrived early and were able to get into the unit sooner than expected. The unit was pristine. There were oatmeal, k cups, and crackers in one of the kitchen drawers. There was also fish and laundry detergent there for us to use even though we brought our own. Also, there were extra throw blankets for us to use during our stay which was nice to have. Water pressure was great, the water was hot when we needed it to be. The WiFi was fast. All the tvs were smart tvs and easy to log into our accounts. Also, there were charging outlets on the headboards of the beds. To be quite frank, the unit left little to be desired.

One of the nicer condos at Crystal Shores West

We've stayed at several condos in CSW, and I'd say this is by far one of the nicest ones.The beds were really comfortable, and the condo was spotless.I recommend this unit over some on the higher floors. It is plenty high enough to enjoy the views, but not so high that you cant take the stairs when the elevators get busy (the building has made great improvements with the elevators over the years past).I would definitely recommend this condo.
