The bed needs to be replaced the area around the bunkbeds was really nasty looking appeared to of had a water leak and it wasnt painted. 1 coffee cup in the entire room. The kitchen chair was broken and mold on the seats of the chair
We really liked staying here. The only thing we would change was the elevators. The doors would
Shut very fast and barely give you time
To get out. Even with someone standing in the door. I thought that was kinda dangerous. I donât know if little kids could keep it from
Closing on them.
Only downfall was picking up and dropping off keys. Needs to be digital so you donât have to worry about keep track for keys. No one wants to have to make an extra trip to drop them off on their way out of town. Super inconvenient.
The condo is perfect for one or two people. It is very small, but was great for just the two of us. Our only complaint was that the kitchen isn't well equipped AT ALL. Very few pots/pans, no toaster, no oven, and only a small stove top. Funny enough, there were two coffee makers, but only one coffee cup in the entire condo! We had brought a lot of groceries with us to cook while we were there, but quickly realized there wasn't an oven. We ended up having to buy a crock pot while we were there. There was also a mix up with check in and we ended up with the wrong room number on our paper work. I accidentally walked into someone else's condo due to this mix up. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We just wish the kitchen was more equipped.
This is a good option on a budget to stay in the ft Walton area. Personally I will not repeat stay at this property.
Pros;
Seems like a very safe area/building has 24 hr âsecurityâ which is just people monitoring which cars are coming in and out.
Family friendly definitely, lots of kids and young families which for us is a pro since we had our daughter with us.
The room does have a kitchenette, and most things you need to make small meals.
The facility has elevators and carts for use which helped a lot bringing up bags.
The view from the porch is nice.
Cons;
The facility as a whole was not very clean, the hallways smelled a little like urine and the floors were clearly visibly dirty. The actual room itself was also not very clean, lots of grime on most surfaces especially in the bathroom. Not sure where that $200 cleaning fee goes.
The pools while nice are small, very small, the photos make them seem larger than they are. There are also no umbrellas by the pool at all.
Even though there is an age limit to rent we did see some teenage looking parties/there were a few loud neighbors in the middle of the night and some screaming profanity.
All the hot tubs were out of service while we were there, indoor and out. Not sure if this is because it was hot out or what, but they should at least have had the indoor one working.
There are more cons but I am running out out of characters. Overall wonât stay again.
