San Carlos 1201 ~ Stunning beach front condo ~ Corner Balcony

San Carlos 1201, located at 365 East Beach Blvd, is the perfect beach vacation spot you've been searching for! Spend your time in this beautiful property, complete with a zero-entry pool, convenient poolside his-and-hers restrooms, an exercise room with windows facing the Gulf, and a relaxing sauna. Walk less than half a mile on the beach, and you arrive at The Hangout restaurant and local shops and attractions!

This lovely three bedroom unit features a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and a wet bar. With two en suites, the first master suite, which has access to the beach front, corner balcony, has a king size bed and walk in shower – and garden tub. The second en suite has a queen bed. The guest bedroom has two full beds, access to a third bathroom, and a window overlooking Gulf State Park.

If you're looking for stunning views, spacious accommodations, wonderful amenities, and a convenient location, look no more; San Carlos 1201 is for you!

Amazing trip

We stayed hear with our adult kids in there 20’s. Condo was exactly as advertised. Very spacious with comfortable furnishings and well decorated. Perfect location- close to shopping, restaurants and night life. Pool was nice and the beach doesn’t get any better than that!

Great view, great location, great time

Love the corner balcony, provides great views of the Gulf and beach. Kitchen well stocked, Festa ware abounds, with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Every bedroom has a bathroom, so convenient.

Perfect in every way!

This was a fabulous property in a perfect location! The online description and photos are completely accurate - the unit was very clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well-stocked, the furniture was comfortable, and the views were fabulous. The property was well-maintained and within walking distance of most anything one would need or want. Bender was responsive and fabulous, too! I highly recommend this property!

We loved it

The Condo was Awesome. Great location, clean, and well maintained. Check-in was a little late. The contract stated between 3:00 and 5:00 pm but I had to call at 6:00pm just receive the code to the room. Since this was a very busy time of year we did not think to much into it and the lady with Bender answered immediately. Overall a great vacation for our family

Great location

The condo was stunning. Actual property had some slight inconveniences- there was parking on site but we frequently had to use the overflow lot across the street. This particular unit - the front two bedrooms were significantly hotter temp than the master- it didn’t bother us as our kids didn’t notice. Property manager was going to have maintenance come look at it after we left. There is an ice vendor on the first floor parking garage which was convenient. All in all it was a good place to stay! Thanks!

This property was amazing!!!! The set up was great with essentially 3 master areas. Perfect for many different travelers dynamics- MIL-babysitter-3 couples
 the decorations were cool and calming and the kitchen dishes and pots and pans etc top notch. Usually you get the bottom of the barrel cookie trays. Not this place. 6 stars.
