This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Tropical luxury and upscale style await you at our fabulous San Carlos Condominiums located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Everything about the 142 unit San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible including the desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family. This 4th floor 1568 sq ft East Corner unit boasts a deck large enough for dining outdoors or enjoying the beautiful sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer unobstructed views of the Gulf. While you are here you can relax in the Jacuzzi tub and newly remodeled extra large walk-in shower in the primary bathroom. Take advantage of the wet bar and stay connected with free WIFI. This smoke-free unit features flat screen TVs upscale furnishings wood & tile flooring lavish bedding & full size washer/dryer. Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted

Free Public WiFi in all condos public areas and even as far as the beach!

The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings between the dates of March 24 through early April. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies, however, swing stages will be in use on the property and as a result, the outdoor pool will be closed during this time period.

Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this unit.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Enjoying the view

The property was clean the beds made a lot of noise the air conditioner didn't work the entire time even though we made sure the windows & doors was closed. I don't think that's a good system to have because you gonna open doors & that shouldn't be a reason for the air not to come on.

Very nice property, location is conveniently located to Sea-N-Suds, Hangout, and shopping. Three elevators all worked and very fast. New appliances in this unit, We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful View but condo was dirty

Our condo was nice but dirty. The floors felt like they had not even been swept. I understand that being on the beach you may not be able to get all the sand up, but when we went barefoot after just arriving all of our feet were black. I had called the office to let them know that the condo was dirty including the bathrooms not being cleaned. Also, no broom to sweep the mess up. There were hair ties still left in shower and one of the bathtubs would not drain properly. No apologies offered, but did say they would have someone bring us a broom. They had a Swiffer sweeper there but no dry or wet pads for it. I went and bought some that night because we couldn't take the floors being so nasty. They should also invest in better quality mattresses. They felt worn out. Other than the condo being dirty, it was a nice condo and we did have a great time.

Overall we were very pleased with the accommodations and prompt replies with questions.

The condo was well supplied and clean. Very quiet and family friendly. Loved that the place was totally smoke free! Our condo was supposed to sleep 10 with the sofa sleeper. The mattress for sofa sleeper was far from comfortable. However, when I called they brought a new mattress over for the sofa. The sofa was not old and unfortunately the replacement was just like the one they took out. Most sofa sleepers are not comfortable, so I guess we should have known that and brought a mattress topper or air mattress. Again, the sofa was not old and two people just slept on the sofa without pulling out the queen mattress. We were just impressed they responded so quickly and without question. Check in was supposed to be from 3-5 and we did not get into condo until 5:30. The only other thing is our condo did not have a broom which would have helped with the sand from the beach. The vacuum cleaner would not pick up sand from the hardwood. These are just a few minor things and the only reason I did not give 5 stars. We would most definitely stay at San Carlos again. They were always very nice and accommodating. We went as a 3 generation family and were not disappointed despite these trivial things. I would recommend San Carlos to others. We hope to return.

Stay Review

The condo was really nice and roomy. Unfortunately, the floors were filthy. I had to clean them after the first night my grandbabies had black feet after walking barefoot on them. That was a big turn off for us.
