PROPERTY AT A GLANCE
Unit 1309 at Seawind is simply gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable!! It is a west end corner unit! This means you have an unobstructed and gorgeous view to the west from the deck and also the living room/dining area! So much natural light feels this spacious condo - it is wonderful!

The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, including 2 recliners, with a large HDTV and DVD player. The living room overlooks the beach and has access to the gulf front deck. The dining room table sits 6 with 3 more seats found at the kitchen bar.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We truly enjoyed our stay the only complaint I have is the price and one of the elevators were broken part of the time which made it a very long wait being we were on the 13th floor but we came to celebrate my Pops 80th Birthday he is a combat Vietnam Veteran and he had a great time. My niece and her family rented the condo next door so it was a great family vacation!

I brought my daughters to Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores. The Islander Condo was approx 10-15 minute walk to the entrance of the festival. 👍👍 for the pricing for the location & good times.

I loved the condo, the location, and the beds were fantastic! It was a great place to stay and I will look forward to staying again. I would not stay during peak season as there would not be enough pool for the whole complex but I am not a big pool goer at the beach.

Beautiful corner unit with gorgeous view towards the Hangout

Absolutely loved this unit and the view towards the Hangout. The outdoor furniture on the balcony was very comfortable for sitting outside and the rest of the unit was just as comfortable. Loved the master bath shower.

The building closed the pool for repairs right before our stay and the rental company was willing to help us find another location or provide a discount. They let us know as soon as they knew and worked to make sure we remained happy. They respond very quickly to any inquiries. Very happy.

Great oceanfront condo

2 adult couples stayed in this nice, clean 3 bedroom. The 3rd bedroom doesn’t have a closet but we just used it to put extra things in. The condo had everything we needed. We especially liked the roomy 2 other bedrooms & the large balcony with good furniture. We spent a lot of time out there when inside. The location is great, can walk to a lot.

Condo was well stocked with all needs including beach chairs and umbrella with wagon. Very clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay and will be back. Staff was beyond nice and easy to reach if needed. Only complaints are they need more than 2 elevators. Long waits for it & heat the kids water area. The splash pad water stayed too cold for kids play.

Everything you need for a great vacation.

We got there before check in. We were able to change into our swimsuits at the the bathrooms by the pool. They texted when the condo was ready. Condo was clean and had everything you need. Its close to restaurants. We didn’t need our car for the first couple of days we just walked everywhere. We did drive to Walmart but it was only 5 minutes away. I would stay here again. We didn’t have problems waiting on the elevators like others had. We were there over the Memorial day weekend never waited more than 2 minutes.

The condo was fabulous, location was fabulous but the limited # of elevators was a nightmare, especially when one of the two didn’t work. No building with 18 floors should have only two elevators.

Beautiful Condo with Horrible Parking

There are 19 floors on this property and only 3 levels in car garage. Parking spots are extremely too narrow and most parking is on a severe incline! I will also add that there are only 2 small elevators and most of the time only 1 was working. Two positives, beautiful condo with beautiful beaches.

Great Location & Space

Great location and very comfy stay! Easy beach access and walking distance to a lot of things. The space was perfect/more than enough for 4 adults and 1 infant. The communication with management was also quick and clear. The only downfall is that there is 1 elevator for the whole complex, and it malfunctioned multiple times a day with heavy traffic. I will say that maintenance was good about resolving the issue within an hour or so, but always check that they’re working before packing up everything to go to the beach! Not really the hosts fault, but a heads up would be nice. Other than that, it was the perfect stay!
