As you step into this exquisite condo, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting interior, adorned with upscale furnishings and modern amenities. The open-concept living area is the perfect space to relax and unwind, featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and balcony access. Step out onto the large corner balcony and be mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the Gulf, providing the ideal backdrop for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset.

The Primary suite is a luxurious retreat, boasting a plush King bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private bath. Wake up to stunning Gulf views and step out onto the balcony for a breath of fresh air. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and ample space for rest and relaxation. Meanwhile, the bunk room is perfect for the kids, with a Full-Over-Full bunk bed and individual flat-screen TVs for each bed, ensuring entertainment for all.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Condo was lovely and very spacious for our family of 4. We did not cook as we were hardly there for meal times but the kitchen looked well stocked. So convenient having the beach right there and the pool as an option as well. We were able to walk for meals and shopping as well so we sidn't have to worry about parking. Huge drawback was 1 of the 2 elevators was being worked on which made getting up and down a big pain. AT CHECK IN, it took us 40 minutes to get our items up to the room as we had to wait for the elevator as it went up and down full of people and carts. Most days the wait was longer than 10 minutes depending on the time of day. On the last 2 days, you could not access the elevator on our floor at all so we had to lug items down at least 1 floor before trying to get on. Very inconvenient and poor planning by the HOA to have work done during spring break.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at the Seawind. The check-in and checkout process was seamless. The property was well stocked for daily cooking. It was kid friendly, but still decorated very lovely. The condo property was kid and ADA friendly, as well as easy access to the beach. We are very pleased with our stay.

Our family had a great stay at Seawind 1501. The process and communication with the property management was great. The condo is very spacious and exactly as described. The attention to detail with decorations were an added plus. The unit had everything needed for a good family vacation.

The property was great. Everything we needed and then some. The pool was nice as well as a great kid splash pool. I like to work out and they offered a pretty nice gym. The beach was very nice with soft sand for my kids to play in.

Absolutely awesome except for the parking!

Great condo! Was beautiful and clean. My only complaint would be the parking deck. It is much too small and the parking places are much too small which causes people to park in the middle of two spaces. Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was amazing. The condo was very clean, the only thing that was not great was that there were only 2 elevators for the whole complex. So sometimes you had to wait for a long time. Other than that, we loved our stay!
