UPDATE: As of June 1, 2025 parking will be required. Parking passes to be ordered for a cost of $55 per pass payable directly to the host. Passes will then be ordered and will be waiting in the cottage upon arrival.

Hello fellow beach bums and nature lovers…my name is Lisa and I am 9 years, into being a beach house owner / hostess and would love to give you the perfect little getaway! My goal is to provide you with a wonderful and relaxing vacay, that will surely melt away the the stress and troubles, of everyday life! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me!

A little about my beach cottage and beach-community, known as the rookery 1 & 2

We have lovely living room furniture with a queen sofa sleeper and two over sized chairs, with smart, streaming tv! Perfect for a little R&R and movie time, at the end of the day! Along with that, we have a 6 seater dining table with additional seating at the coffee table!

I invite you to share my space, that sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. Queen bed in the master bedroom, along with a rollaway bed in master closet, queen also in second bedroom bed and, and double bed in third bedroom with a sofa to sleep on also! I also have a beautiful, screened in front porch, for your relaxation. The beach is a quick drive, from outside our community with public parking for your convenience. Hope you decide to share my space.

This beautiful beach cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath private stand alone cottage, that has no shared spaces. My cottage is nestled at the back of the Bon Secor National Refuge, amongst the pines and beautiful natural shrubs. We are a short drive or walk, to the pools, tennis courts and barbecue common area, that are for your enjoyment, provided by our beautiful community!

I have themed each room in hopes the decor will bring on the excitement of your surroundings and incite joy and adventure while reminding you to relax and rejuvenate on your refreshing time away from home! From the walk on the naturalistic scenery of the rookery, to the the entrance of my cottage and the quaint front porch, to the nestling pines that surround the cottage, you are guaranteed an amazing vacation!

The beach is only minutes from the cottage. Once outside our community, it’s an immediate right and then left and that has you a short few blocks to the warm balmy gulf breeze and sugar sands that make Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan so sought after for the perfect beach vacation!

Security camera - I do have have a Ring video doorbell, on the front porch. It is there to protect the property and guest alike, if something were to happen on my stay or yours, such as a break in, or unauthorized activity, from someone outside the stay. It is also a great way, for guest to communicate with me. Just ring the doorbell and we are just a click away, from two way talk, incase of an emergency, such as someone locking themselves out! Of course if that happens, I’m always a short call, text or VRBO message away!
