Nestled along the sugar-white sands of West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama, Southern Grace is a beautiful and upscale beachfront home designed for comfort and relaxation. With 6 bedrooms and 5 full baths, this spacious retreat provides plenty of room for family and friends to gather and unwind. Perfect Location

We thought the location & layout of the house were awesome! Steps to the beach & not crowded being far enough in between public access points. Walmart deliveries groceries so that was huge plus as well, we didn’t have to fight the traffic.

Simply the best

The house was so clean & smelled nice. We’ve never stayed at a house so well supplied in the kitchen. There were even beach toys, chairs, etc. All of the ladies agreed, it was the best house we’ve stayed at in the past 10 years.

Awesome Beach Experience

We had a great time! The property was perfect for our family! Everyone had a bed which was good because we were exhausted after being at the beach all day! Being able to watch the ocean from the property to relax a little was heaven! The property was clean and well stocked! Thank you so much!!

Sibling vacation

Very nice house with everything you need . Beautiful views of the ocean and beach was not crowded at all. A wooden walkway to to the beach would be nice it was a little bit of a work out carrying your chairs and umbrella through the thick sand. Not as young as we used to be 😊

Annual Girls Trip

We have been doing out annual trip for 15 years now and we all agree this was the best house we have stayed in. We had 13 ladies and we are very comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms and places to sleep without bunk beds! The 2 refrigerators was so nice to have on top of an ice maker. I think this is the first year we have not had to make multiple ice runs! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Loved all of the space with 6 bedrooms. 2 washer/dryer sets & 2 frigs. Very nicely decorated and new condition. We sat a lot on the balcony outside the master for the view. September is a great time to be there with mostly adults out on the beach.

It was plenty of room for a family reunion. We had trouble with a toilet flushing the first night we arrived and within the hour, someone was there to fix it - fantastic customer service. This was the most relaxing place we've ever stayed and we'll remember it always!

The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked 5 nights for 15. There is plenty of space for everyone. The beach supply room has tons of items. The main deck table and chairs are showing their age but it was the favorite spot for morning coffee and dolphin watching. We sat outside a lot! Enjoyed our stay so much.

Unwanted visitor

The house has a huge RAT, that was seen multiple times by family members . On our first night he (the rat) enjoyed a loaf of bread, cookies and a few day snacks . He needs to be attending to, trapped or shot but removed from the premises.

Right on the beach with plenty of space to accommodate us. A generous kitchen and dining, well appointed and furnished living and bedroom spaces, and porches to capture the views of creation. Gulf Shores too was a great choice. On beach: first rate sand and surf for castles and cooling off. Off beach: close proximity to surf shops, ice cream and restaurants. Hangouts are close if desired and Mobile and Pensacola are quick drives if day trips are needed. The USS Alabama and Naval Aviation museums were great. Great beach. Great house. Great location.

A great house!

We all had a great time at the house. Perfect for all 15 of us! We had 7 kids and 8 adults total. The two fridges and two sets of washer and driers were fantastic. We never ran out of hot water. The house is very quiet so you don’t hear others in the house. Beach towels are not provided. There are a ton of beach toys available along with beach chairs. There is a children’s safety gate for stairs in the closet for those with kids. We ended up renting pack n plays and high chairs from a local company. The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is because the management company does not email back about any of the questions I had. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would book the same place in a heartbeat.

Loved the location and the fact that most of the bedrooms have a bathroom.The floors and one of the beds was sandy on arrival.BUT, it had mice. They knew there were mice and didn't inform us. We told them the mice were getting our food - we called multiple times during our stay and nothing was done. But the most upsetting, was rat poison was left out where my 1 year old could have gotten it and we were not warned. DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU HAVE LITTLE KIDS

The location is ideal for our extended family and the bedroom and bathroom configuration of this unit is perfect for us. Beyond all of that, though, the customer service of GSVR is superb. With such frequent turnover of rental properties, it would be easy to just do the bare minimum, but GSVR goes well beyond that. The property is always spotlessly clean and, when we do have a rare maintenance issue, they are so efficient in their response and resolution of the problem. We come to Gulf Shores on a regular basis and will always look to rent through GSVR. They take good care of us!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was well maintained and was well set up for our large family.
