Amazing property. It was like having our private beach. Beach views from the house are great. Shallow water quite a ways out was good for the younger kids. Lots of dolphin views from the house and a close dolphin encounter while in the water. The house was super clean including all decks. Very well stocked kitchen.Spacious common areas to accommodate our group of 11. Comfortable beds. Nice beach chairs and lots of beach accessories. Texted questions to Mark, the owner, several times and he was super responsive. Far enough from town to be quiet and close enough to access activities and restaurants. There is nothing negative to say and I highly recommend this property.
Make sure you get up for the sunrises.

Annual Family Beach Trip

Beautiful! This house is spacious and comfortable with spectacular ocean views. Our family of 7 adults had plenty of room and comfortable seating both inside and outside. With our family group expanding to 7 this year, we opted for a house for our May trip to the beach. Karson’s Kastle did not disappoint.

Fantastic Week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Mark was wonderful to work with before and during our stay. We had an issue with the upstairs air conditioner and Mark was very responsive. He had an HVAC company at the house within a few hours to get it up and running. The house was very convenient to restaurants and the kids loved being able to run back and forth from the beach for snacks and additional beach items. We will definitely plan to stay again!

Great stay at the Kastle

One of the best houses we've stayed at in the 10 years we've been coming down to Gulf Shores. It was ready on time and clean as a whistle. What small issues we had were handled very quickly. The property manager responded very quickly to our messages and with the fixes. Easy peasy walk to the beach with the artificial grass walkway. Lots of beach chairs and toys to use and the whole family loved the pool table. Nice having both a charcoal and gas grill to use. We highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved this place. Super clean, plenty of space, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, and unbelievable views and beach access steps away. Beach and area was very quiet and private. Highly recommend and will return again!

Family spring break vacation

We loved the house! It’s gorgeous, the views are amazing, the proximity to the beach and the comfy beds made it our best vacation so far. My kids did not want to leave once we got there and with all the accessories for the beach there was really no need to The weather was beautiful So it was a wonderful experience all around.

The best

I highly recommend this beautiful beach house. The location can’t be beat. The beach was not busy at all and quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. We loved the outdoor area under the house watching tv and playing pool. The corn hole boards were a plus as well. The bedrooms are spacious and all of them have balconies. I can’t say enough about this house, it has everything you need. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Beautiful House Steps From the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Karson’s Kastle. The house was beautiful and just as described in the listing/pictures. The layout of the home was spacious and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was stocked better than any other rental we have stayed at
 there was everything you could need. We traveled with a 1.5yo and enjoyed the baby gates and high chair provided. Overall, the home was very child-friendly. The close proximity to the beach was one of the best features. The walk was short and easy with the pathway provided. Again, perfect for little ones who want to go in and out to the beach throughout the day. Communication about checking in and out was clear and timely. We would recommend this location to friends and family and would definitely stay here again!
