Summer House West - One Bedroom 104C

Comfortable, clean, one bedroom, 1.5 bath first floor unit on West .Beach Blvd. The kitchen is well equipped. The dining area has a glass table with seating for four. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa and boasts a open view of the lagoon. The bedroom has a queen bed, two large closets and a TV. The living room and bedroom have ceiling fans. The half bath allows guests additional privacy and convenience.The unit offers the convenience of deeded beach access, a large pool, free wireless internet access, a washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen and spacious closets. The unit overlooks the Little Lagoon and the fishing pier. The pier is equipped with a fish cleaning station. The sunsets from the unit, deck, and the fishing pier are amazing. We hope all guests enjoy this Gulf Shores experience as much as we do.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a quiet and convenient location. The beach access was close (just go a little to the left - it’s not clearly marked until you get closer). My only feedback is I would rather not have to go to a physical location to check in when you are assigned a code for the door. I really appreciated the easy and clear communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Red Snapper Fishing Trip

Excellent location right on Little Lagoon with a sandy beach and a dock and pool. Right across the street to the beach. Red Snapper fishing out of Zekes Marina in Orange Beach 10 miles north. Well equipped kitchen, towels and linens. Will definetly rent this unit again.

First time staying on lagoon side. It is for sure a fishermans paradise and fun for any style person. I did however want to use the kayak but sign stated for residents only so missed out onthat experience

Spring Break 2024

We had a great stay. Our condo was just as advertised, clean and the location on the lagoon was perfection. It was great to splash around in the lagoon, fish and then go across the street to the gulf. We would absolutely stay there again. The condo had everything we needed and even had grilling utensils. We loved hanging out on the dock as well and all the owners we met were friendly (from Michigan) as are we. My only disappointment was the condo was not available at check in time of 4 pm, it was after that.

Nice location, Lagoon adjacent, quiet and well supplied

It was in a good location, not too far from conveniences and had all the necessary dishes needed for stay. Property is good shape, not modern, but completely adequate for what is offered and the price point. View of the lagoon, with exceptional access to lagoon (like at the bottom of the steps). Check in process was cumbersome, as we had to go to a different place to get keys and it happened to be raining, which meant double exposure to the rain just to get into the room ( a key lock would be more convenient). All in all, ok place to stay, however the "Owner fees" were high for the quality of the apartment. Additionally, check in times did not match at the time of booking and after a no cancel booking there was a bait and switch on when you could check in. Also, didn't offer early check in even though property was not rented. Take it for what you will.

Perfect for what we needed!

View of the bay from the porch. Short walk to the beach, my son and fiancé loved the personal dock for fishing and swimming. Perfect for little ones to catch crabs and swim. Also a grill few feet from room, everything was great!!

The condo was exactly as it was portrayed to be. My issue came from an inability to get any response from the property management company. I finally had to call them just hours before leaving on my trip to even find out how to access the property. They claimed that there had been a problem with charging me beforehand but had never made any attempt to contact me.

Nice small condo for family

Wonderful stay for 3.great location great view would stay a again. Please fix the broken slats —we were afraid to open to see the view ( which is beautiful). Also, had to hang a couple of beach towels over the broken slat areas at night to keep anyone from looking in on my family sleeping on pullout. Fan in living room would not come on. Overall, nice condo.

Highly Recommend!

Due to hurricane damage we had to be moved to the Island Winds East location. I received a call about 2 weeks before we were due to leave telling me that the location we booked would not be ready in time for our stay. When we arrived we were thrilled with the change. The room, view, staff, and location were excellent. I will highly recommend this location to any and all friends and family who travel to Gulf Shores in the future. Thank you for a great experience!!!
