Sunset or Sunshine You Will Have An Incredible View ~Newly renovated!

Royal Palms 503 is located at 561 East Beach Boulevard in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama.

We think you need a little vitamin SEA and this newly renovated, one bedroom, two bathroom beachfront condo is just the answer! With a king size bed in the master suite, youth-sized hallway bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room, there is plenty of room to accommodate up to 6 guests. A fully equipped kitchen makes enjoying meals in a breeze. You’ll feel total relaxation when you spend sometime quality time on your private balcony soaking in all the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico! There are 2 TVs, one in the living room being a smart TV, a DVD player and high speed WiFi to keep you connected while you vacation. A washer and dryer and located in the unit for your convenience.

Royal Palms is a beautiful property with lots of excellent amenities. With it’s gulf front location, you will have easy access to the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores every day! There are both an indoor and an outdoor pool, exercise room, steam room and sauna. This property is located near the 1540 ft. Gulf State Park Fishing Pier and very close proximity to all of the best dining, shopping and recreation that the island has to offer. Please note there is a new BBQ grilling area. The building has 2 elevators for ease of access throughout.

Love it!

This is our 3rd time staying in the Royal Palms and each time has been wonderful! This condo was clean, and the view from that balcony was beautiful. The only thing I think they should upgrade is the king sized bed- a little lumpy, but other than that, great condo for that price point! Will stay here again.

Perfect location

This is a the perfect location for an incredible view and beach access! We really loved the fact that the Royal Palms property is on the "end" of a long line of condos and hotels. We just walked diwn the boardwalk and turned left and enjoyed a long stretch of beach between Royal Palms and The Gulf State Park Pier! We relaxed on the beach, looked for shells(my favorite activity), and walked in the sand with the ocean washing up on our feet! The condo is well stocked and comfortable and very beautifully decorated! I will definitely book at Royal Palms again!

Love the location

The location was perfect. It is on the less crowded side of the beach with plenty of room. There was a nice beach vendor that rented chairs and umbrellas. We loved that it was next door to the state park. We brought our bikes and rode many miles on the trails. we also rode to everything else like dinner. The condo was clean and very cozy for my husband and I. The only reason I didn't give the cleanliness 5 stars was that I don't think they regularly mop the floors. My feet were black from walking barefoot.

Awesome location to everything! We’ve stayed here now at Royal Palms 3 times! We love it less crowded since it’s by the state park!! Easy access to Walmart, Publix and all the eateries!

Overall, it was great!

Check-in & out process was easy. Other guests/residents at the condo were friendly. Location & view from balcony were amazing. The unit could be a little cleaner though. Our son found a used dry shampoo bottle in one of the bunk beds (which makes me wonder if the sheets were even washed), and there was pink soap scum in the shower.

Enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms

I stayed with my husband and children for 4 nights. My boys had a blast and enjoyed the views from the balcony. We loved the convenience of the beach access. We also enjoyed our time at the pool. The kids liked that they had the option of the indoor or out door pool. My only suggestion would be since covered parking was an amenity it would be nice to have a larger covered parking area as there was not always a spot available for covered parking with as many guest was occupying the facilitiy. Overall great stay and we would love to stay again in the future.

Gulf Shores Paradise

The condo was amazing! We spent 95% of our time on the balcony when we were in the condo (listening to the waves at night was awesome). We were there for Hangout fest, and were able to walk everywhere we needed from the condo. If we needed to go to any grocery stores or seafood restaurants, they were only a short drive away. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Picked up our check in packet on the same road as our condominium. Room was ready right around 5pm. Room could have been cleaner. You could tell a lot in the room does not get dusted. Bathrooms had areas that were not clean as well. Initial stock of toilet paper and other toiletries are at a minimum so plan on having your own. Room was well stocked with cookware. Condo was right on beach so you can go right to the ground floor and walk on the walkway to the sand. Balcony views were great. Pool area was not clean. Indoor pool had some kind of floating debris in it. Outdoor pool was a bit cleaner. Pre communication for the trip was okay. Got a response to one question through VRBO app but no other. VRBO was the only way I found to book here. Overall the stay was okay. Great location and easy access to the beach. Just wish the room and condominium overall was cleaner.

Last minute trip, and it was great

We decided on a last minute trip to the beach with our two young boys for their first beach trip. Communication with the management team was great. We had a late check-in and they guided us perfectly. The condo provided what we needed, and seemed very well insulated so that none of the neighbors seemed upset about the intermittent screaming and crying. The proximity to the beach was great. Never had a long wait for elevators. Overall, it was everything we needed.

Great location. This specific property needs some updates.

We chose this property for the location. Adjacent to the state park but still in Gulf Shores made it convenient but not too crowded. Comparing this property with others in the building and at the same price point, this specific unit is behind in furnishings. The bed was not uncomfortable, but was older. Furniture in the living area was in a similar condition, functional but very worn and dated. Most disappointing was the balcony furniture. It was standard plastic yard furniture. Not very comfortable, stained from mildew, and did not work well in the limited space. The overall property itself was undergoing repairs from the hurricane last fall. This is absolutely understandable, however, the property is advertised with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and steam room. None of those were available during our stay and the property manager should have updated the description to make that clear. Overall, it is a great property and we would definitely stay there again.
